Pierre's did am amazing job for my mom's 70th Birthday/retirement party. The service was great. They were very accommodating to our needs and exceeded our expectations. Pepe was extremely helpful, attentive, responsive, and knowledgeable. The ball room was elegant and beautiful. My mother and her guest had an amazing time. Thank you to Pepe and your staff for making my mom's party so memorable.

Thank you Pierre Banquets for another successful event. My daughter's graduation was a success and everyone complimented the food and dessert. This is our second time we had our event here and been happy both times.

I had my wedding here and it was a horrible experience to say the least. Marti the owner is unprofessional and condescending. She will compare you to other clients. She will belittle you. She will say no to ideas but then when you go in with your husband say, “we work with you,” but then doesn’t. She told me she wanted to cancel my event cause “I” was being difficult, then continued to talk down on me as if I was her child. Apparently asking question and asking for receipts is being difficult. The only reason she didnt (I wish she did) was because of my husband, not the fact that it was 2 weeks away. Unfortunately, we had paid in full very early on because they needed the money to pay bills, (her husband words) which is the first red flag and we wouldn’t have gotten a refund if we cancelled. She told me she doesn’t need my event and showed me another clients event that was spending way more than mine. She would go on talking about, it’s about trust when I asked for detailed receipts. But, it’s not about trust, it’s business and you clearly give contracts. My wedding planning was horrible because of her. Day of the wedding, she was in fact cordial. But, I will say food was bland and bartender kept making faces to my guest ordering drinks. Overall, do not recommend this place. Service is horrible. You’ll find a much better venue elsewhere.

I had a very disturbing experience with Pierre's Banquet Hall. I visited to schedule an event. The initial representative stated that they would be excited to host the event, had the date available & even allowed me to tour the space that I would be able to book. I received a quote and was scheduled to drop off the deposit and meet the owner. Upon arriving to the establishment with the deposit, I was not warmly welcomed and was told that all the things that were promised me the week before would not be honored or extreme fees would be added. These were basic requests---hot water at every banquet table & preferred number of chairs at each banquet table. The owner refused to finalize the contract but stated that she would take the deposit. I stated that the deposit will be given when the contract was finalized. Immediately after leaving the banquet hall & meeting with the owner, I reached out to the original representative who quoted me for the event and confirmed specific requests. The original representative I spoke with showed a completely different personality and was disgustingly rude and abrasive and said the owner did not want to do business with me---"the owner did not see having a long term relationship". Then, it was shared that they would consider hosting the event if I paid more than twice the original quote. Why would the price that was quoted change? I was extremely disturbed by the horrific customer service & price gouging. As a corporate & private event planner, I was left in SHOCK! After this disgusting interaction, I wanted to research the banquet hall further to see if this is a consistent experience for others. AND IT IS! It was heartbreaking to read ALL THE HORRIBLE experiences from others. I am SO GLAD that this bullet was dodged and I did not fall into the price gouging trap, with horrible customer care.

I was extremely fortunate to find another banquet hall that EXCEEDED my expectations.

I hosted my event at this venue in November, I was very delight with the venue and the initial customer service received when we signed the contract. While the décor was beautiful and the food was good, my experience became increasingly disappointing as I sought clarification on certain aspects. The representative assisting us displayed a passive-aggressive attitude, making it feel as though he wanted the event to be managed solely on his terms.

Pros:
• Beautiful Décor: The venue was beautifully decorated
• Discount on the DJ service (Note: This discount will be offset as you will incur a 20% fee plus 10.75% tax on the full original price, meaning the actual savings will be lower than stated).
Cons:
• Lack of Transparent Pricing: When I reached out to understand the pricing structure, I encountered unprofessional and defensive responses. Simple inquiries about charges were met with aggression, making it difficult to get clarity.
• Strict Catering Policies: Outside food is not allowed, including desserts and cakes, which must be purchased from their bakery. The dessert table, which is charged per person, contained only a limited selection of pastries and pre-packaged cookies—making it overpriced for what was provided. Additionally, the chocolate fountain and dessert table were removed before guests had finished.
• Restrictions on Third-Party Decorators: Hiring an external decorator comes with an additional fee of $2,500 if they require more than an hour for setup. Furthermore, the process is made challenging as they bombard you with numerous questions when trying to bring in a third-party decorator.
• Inflexible Headcount Policy: Once the initial headcount is provided, it cannot be adjusted down, except when upgrading from child to adult. This policy feels restrictive and unfair, as it does not allow for necessary modifications.
• Additional Fees: A 20% service fee is added to the bill, along with a 10.75% tax on all add-ons, significantly increasing the overall cost.
• Over-Promotion by the Host: The host frequently promotes his own business during the event, making it feel more like a marketing opportunity for him rather than a personal celebration.
• Small Portion Sizes: The food portions were insufficient for the price charged plus food was taken from the table before our guests had even finished eating.
• Delays and Poor Time Management: The dinner service was significantly delayed, causing a rushed experience that affected the overall flow of the evening, including dinner, entrances, and dancing.
• Unprepared Venue: The venue was not ready at the agreed-upon time, further complicating the event's schedule
• Overpriced: The overall cost did not reflect the value provided.
• Musicians: We hired a Banda that was asked to leave 30 minutes before the agreed time because the representative did not approve of their vibe. Also, he requested a payment of $40 per person for their drinks, which we refused to pay. Later, the representative returned, stating that he would cover the cost himself.

Final Thoughts:

I would not recommend this venue. I spent a significant amount of money and did not feel it was worth the cost or the stress I encounter during the planning process. I encourage you to explore alternative options to avoid a similar experience. Take the time to thoroughly read and understand the contract before signing. This is my most honest and unbiased review of the venue.

We had my nieces graduation party there. The place is nice Dj was great we had a great time now for the flaws u need a better chef the chicken was so overcooked didn't finish it beef also best thing on the plate was the potatoe which we didn't know had bacon till we bit into it and my niece is Muslim. 2nd they fed all plates for adult first and hungry kids were crying KIDS should always be fed first not last and it took a while before there plates came out our table waited for there plates. Otherwise the waitress we had was awesome 5 stars to her. My daughter is a chef at the hilton and felt the same way as I did.

This banquet hall exceeded my expectations from my first viewing to the end of the actual event. There were no hiccups and no mishaps whatsoever. I gave my mom a surprise graduation party and they accommodated all my needs and the décor was elegant. I would highly recommend their services. A special thanks to all the servers, Mary, Joe, Stephanie, and Marta who made this experience absolutely perfect.

What an amazing experience! I went to Pierre's over a year ago to plan a surprise party. It all came together beautifully on the day of our event. The cake was stunning and delicious. The food was great. I signed up for their Silver Package, as this was a birthday party the two higher priced packages didn't fit into my budget HOWEVER this felt like a Diamond package. The team at Pierre's are top notch. I ordered our cake from the Damen Location and Marty killed it! She was also our day of event point person and was 100% on top of it all. Mary our event coordinator was a dream and incredible. Additionally, they have open houses so we got to taste the food and found our DJ with Furia Digital. Music and planning was again amazing. I was able to get in a day before the event to set up our photo stand, the candy buffet, and our center pieces so the day of the event I had nothing to worry about but getting there on time. Highly recommend having your event here. Thank again to the Pierre's Team.
