Nice spot for slots. I was there for 20 minutes and left with $601 dollars .....if only it were always like that

I gave this Establishment a 4 star because the Cafe Casino does not payout as it did in the past. Its very hard too get too the different bonus games. If you do, it pays nothing or a very small amount of money. However, the cafe is well maintained, fresh smelling and a variety of good snacks.

I went in earlier today around noon. I really like this place because its clean, does promos, and has a friendly staff. I was disgusted and disappointed when I got there today. 1 man was playing multiple machines. This is ridiculous! I told the attendant on duty and she was like well he was the only one here. SO WHAT!! This is happening more and more. The next time I witness 1 person on multiple machines at any of these places that only have 5 machines, I will take a video and send it to Illinois Gaming IGS.

I wish I could have given it a negative star. I been going here since the place opened but I will definitely not be going back to May's the customer service is Terrible Lady who works the night shift on Saturdays is rude and she shouldn't be working I guess since covid people are desperate for employees so she was the only choice. I won't get into the long story let's just say I can pick way better places to lose my money. It's crazy how people who don't own a place is so quick to lose a customer because they're going to get a pay check regardless if the place makes money or not

The employees are absolutely excellent!! The place stays beautiful. And they serve little appetizers that are super great. I brought in a few people & they also had no complaints! I’ve only been here a few times & haven’t seen anything negative.

First time here and I was surprised at how beautiful the placed looked. It was clean and elegant to be honest. The front desk attendant was very nice and attentive. It also helped that I won! Will definitely be back!

Great and fancy area. Only down fall is that I had a bad experience with one of the employees not very friendly and rude. Older gentleman. Other staff are wonderful and very friendly. I like the rewards wish they had more slots

Stopped in to check it out. It's real nice with a Vegas feel. Only thing is, none of the machines were working. We waited 30 mins, then left. I'll probably give it 1 more chance. Ask for a punch card
