Kim Terrio is the best travel agent! My husband and I enlisted her services to help plan our two week honeymoon spanning all over Italy. We knew we wanted to do and see a lot on this trip, but the thought of planning it all seemed daunting. We are so glad we were recommended Kim as she helped arranged every detail. We appreciated the initial over the phone appointment to discuss budget, our wants/needs on this trip and our interests. With this information, Kim curated the perfect itinerary. She handled it all, the flights, arranging train tickets, private cars, excursions, etc. Assisting with the travel to and from the hotels we stayed was crucial as every town we visited was unique on how to get around and it would have been so stressful doing it on our own. She also gives you room in the itinerary to explore and schedule your own activities if you wish, which we did. We cannot thank Kim enough and we will be using her again when we go to the UK in 2023!

Awful, spent 30 minutes on the phone with them giving information about what we wanted. Was told agent was going on vacation and to send information about who was traveling etc and they would work on ideas to fit our budget and schedule. I sent information that also mentioned we were open to increasing budget and being more flexible with dates. Received a email after having to follow up with the agent (she never followed up with me) saying she had nothing in budget or dates. I was pretty confused seeing she never asked for updated budget or dates based on what she found. Nor did she do her job and present options as close to our terms and allow us to gauge if we wanted to adjust. I think she couldn’t have been bothered to help because she thought our budget was still going to be less than what she thought was worth helping us. We found a better option with real customer service that actually fit our original budget. She wasted a month of our time, don’t bother with them unless you have deep pockets. Would give zero stars if possible.

When i was about 10 years old i used to spot for Penny Pitou when she waterskied on Tuftenboro Neck.I was a frequent guest of Mr Ted Durocher,who owned Durochers Ice Cream.We spent a lot of family time with Babe Descheneau And Ted at his Camp @ Tuftenboro neck.I even piloted his 40 foot Chris-Craft with twin diesels.The Vessel was named MISS U.Ted had a daughter,I cant remember her nane,but it will come to me,and she was as pretty as Penny.I was in the Chris-Craft power boat spotting for Penny and Babe as the Waterskied dressed up as Bride and Groom. I hope she is well and still with us, Just wanted to share this

My wife and I used them to book a tour to Ireland. They were terrific and I was able to pay it off in time. I'll never book through the internet like I have in the past again. It cost me more money in the long run. Plus it's great to get the personal touch, and they answered all of my questions and took care of A thru Z on my trip.

I've used Penny Pitou Travel since the late 1970s. They know travel. Prior to internet they were my go to people. I have used the internet to plan some travel and usually miss stuff. Let the professionals do it, It's much easier. Their the best.
