Our driver was early, kind & polite. I broke a glass before I even entered the car and she was super understanding, declined my offer to pay, and reassured it happens often ( I imagine so 😬)
It was also stocked with Sprite on ice (Prom)
Only negative... it was very warm in the limo. It was crazy humid and warm this day. And we could/should ( didn't think of it at the time) asked our driver to roll down the windows while we were exited the limo taking pictures, which would have cool it down.
It was a great experience and I would highly recommend. We plan to use again if needed!

Texted several times during week to confirm. NO SHOW. And when I call RUDE. Transport schedule for 10am pickup as of 11 no one.

Post owner response... I called you SEVERAL TIMES... NOONE CALLED ME. I even called the Dr.'s office to see if we could be late. And you stated you would be there in 5 mins. 30 mins later I called you back and told to forget it. NO SHOW IS NO SHOW after an HOUR . And NO word of an ill client. I always have my phone on me.

Excellent service, arrived on time and was very courteous. Picked me and my family up at 3am for a flight out of midway and then was there when we arrived back a week later. Safe driver and clean vehicle would use them again in a heartbeat.

My husband and I have used Panama Taxi several times for the last few years, and they have always been dependable and unbelievably friendly! Communication is stellar! Suppose to be picked up at 1:50 pm today but the driver didn't show up till 2:20 to go all the way to Chicago late for our appointment and Daniel who Doesn't understand english gonna call her and say there are appointment was canceled. Never was it canceled. cause I called to make sure we'd be okay. what I want to know is why was she late? He gonna tell me oh because she was taking care of somebody else. I told him you should have sent somebody else then. There service is terrible.

They were suppose to show up at 8:55. I called at 9:05. Several times and all it did was go to a voicemail that was not set up. They called me back a few minutes later. Told me I was waiting for ride. They asked for the address and said oh you're 2 hours away from us. We don't have any drivers for you. We tried calling you yesterday. Well I had no missed calls and no voicemails. They had my phone number right? Because the service that The contracted them sent me text messages so obviously my phone number is correct.

My Insurance company scheduled a transportation ride through Panama, they showed up late and then the driver they sent was a "uber driver" that didn't even work for Panama. So I didn't even make it to my appointment in Chicago. Not trust worthy at all

Daniel was great! Drive us to and from O'Hare and pick up times were prompt and perfect. He was professional and friendly as well! Very fair prices! I would highly recommend Panama for any transportation needs!
