It was a really comfortable experience. The lobby/ breakfast area was the best I’ve seen in a long while. The rooms were just as nice a little stuffy but what a great experience. Wish I could’ve stayed another night their breakfast smelled great I just didn’t get up in time to enjoy it.

Needed a place to spend the night as there was a snow storm, my husband is a Wyndham Rewards member and booked the hotel for me but was traveling without him... Upon check in at around 10:30pm staff was outside shoveling and I was ignored. Had to go out and tell staff I was checking in... Excuse was staff thought I was a delivery driver. Check in was a weird process...Staff went ahead and changed the reservation to my name so we could not receive the reward stay points. Check in was complex had to wake up my husband and have him fill out a form on his end in order for me to stay at the hotel. |Huge language barrier did not help in this unusual check in process. |Eventually I did get my key card. Lobby decor very cold, led bright with casino atmosphere. |Room basic... Breakfast had hard potato wedges and rubbery flavorless pancakes.| Skip the free breakfast. |

Bed was very comfortable as were pillows. Rooms and common areas could be cleaner, but you get what you pay for. Hot tub was out of service. Breakfast is very basic, prepackaged items. Pretty typical cheaper hotel, but it was quiet! Would stay again when in the area.

I don't normally leave reviews but today I have to. I have gone through a bit of health problems lately that has left me unable to walk I'm staying here for the next week while I wait for other accommodations. Big kudos to the woman working today running the front desk and what looks like the cleaning service by herself like I stated before I can't currently walk and I am waiting on my wheelchair she saw me trying to make it to the lobby for breakfast and dropped everything she was doing and went and got me a wide variety of breakfast items and kindly brought them back to my room for me. With that being said I know it was a small gesture but everything that I've experienced lately has just been people annoyed or upset about having to deal with me the past few months and she didn't she didn't question it she didn't yell at me she just helped and that's something that goes a long ways in the times we're currently in and I'm very grateful for it. This is a great experience especially for the price frame my room was a little small but it was clean the sheets were clean the bathroom was cleaned well and customer service is a 5 out of 5.

The staff was extremely pleasant and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. My daughter and I had to stay here for 2 nights due to some unfortunate events in our home. The night manager even came to our room and helped set up the T.V. so my child was able to watch her YouTube which made her comfortable enough to fall asleep. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone. The rooms were also spotless and they had complimentary breakfast. A full 5 🌟

Look, the bottom line is this. If you're anything like me, you're reading this review because you're coming to the area on business, like me. Or possibly pleasure, right? It doesn't matter either or, your looking at this because the rooms are way cheaper than any other place, but unsure about how clean it is, or if the area is any good, right? We'll here is the answer to both of those. Book your room now, as long as you don't need the best of everything? The rooms, have small little things wrong with them, nothing at all major, my shower wasn't the strongest but my bed was almost perfect I had a pillow top bed, I had plenty of outlets, good cable, great fridge, and a good 3rd floor spot where I wasn't bothered and I saw nothing that would alarm me or a regular family. It's a little Danny like I said, and the front staff isn't the best, but there also not the worst either. Especially the guy who hangs around up front he is awesome and will help you with anything. The female who was up front and checked me in went well out of her way to help me with something she did not have to do. So, I hope you make your judgment based on the facts I have let you know about. I was just like you coming here om business for the first time, oh I almost forgot, breakfast at the salty 🐖 and 🍕 at a place called Amy at Agnes I'm not sure of the first name but when you look it up you will know. If you like burgers, go to TUCKERS!! YUMYUM.

“Absolutely loved my stay! The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities needed for a relaxing visit. The location was perfect, close to all major attractions yet quiet enough for a peaceful retreat. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for quality and comfort. Will definitely be back!”

Positive: Price vs. quality was good. Negative: Too many regulars and people being allowed to smoke right next to the doorways and blocking entrances. I?m a disabled veteran with breathing and allergy issues. This wasn?t good for me, anyone with other health issues or anyone at all, smoker or not..
