Never in my life have I ever had someone in a company car act like such a jerk to me. Whoever the woman from this company was was driving egregiously under the speed limit, continually brake checked me when I was nowhere near them, and then she and her male passenger yelled at me, which I assume was profanities due to them continually flipping me off. I will never ever use their services and I will never ever suggest to someone to use their services. I would never trust my money with someone like them. What an absolutely horrible representation of their company.

Editing to add that the owner responded EIGHT years after my original review to describe how my driving was and that their driver was a "permit" driver, whatever that means, because they clearly remember acting like this in a company vehicle. And that another review from four years after my original post stated that she is still driving like an inconsiderate maniac. Maybe she needs to go back to driving school, have her "permit" revoked, or perhaps no longer drive a company vehicle. If I and another person were so upset by the actions of those in your company's vehicle that we wrote a review regarding it, I'm sure many others over the past near decade have also been left with a negative opinion of your company. I suggest you reassess who has access to representing your company name in the future. I still remember this day clearly, would never consider using your services, and have recommended against your company to those I know who have travel agency needs. YOU should be ashamed of yourselves. This is horrendous business practice.

Fantastic! In short, we can’t say enough about how our trip to Italy this summer. The difference between a good trip and a great trip is the travel agent. Richard Schutkin and his staff at Magic Carpet Travel are our “home team” advantage We are pretty seasoned overseas travelers. Our quest has always been to learn and experience culture, art, music, architecture and this history of the world around us. Richard has taken the time to get to know what we like and to focus his planning on meeting our needs. In doing so, what results is an itinerary focused on “our vacation”. From the air and ground transportation planning, the hotels within walking distance of major sites, and the guided tours, this trip gives us great memories and helped increase our own understanding of our place in the world. Usually they're fantastic to work with. My husband's family has been working with them forever. This last time I was trying to get travel insurance ordered and after several attempts, I gave up.

Part of your fees have got to go to their drivers insurance claims. She cuts people off in traffic jams and is very inconsiderate
