I really like that the Coach USA buses are pretty much always on time. I have used their buses a lot. I don't like it when they send a big dirty van with no shocks so you feel every bump on the road. I wouldn't mind taking a big van since it is more efficient when there are less passengers; I just think I should be told it would not be a bus. It seems deceptive. On the plus side, Coach USA buses have always been cheaper than Greyhound buses which are less dependable. Coach USA drivers seem to do a better job than Greyhound too.

Beware! We were waiting for their 4 pm ohare shuttle at Mitchell airport and it never showed up. We called a couple customer service numbers for coach but it took time to get a hold of an actual person to tell us the bus was not coming. We are now forced to take an expensive Uber to ohare to make our flight on time! The website does not accurately update if they are canceling their shuttle for times.

So much to unpack here… the guy who gets you on the bus was very rude. The bus itself smelled like a terrible plug in. There was a rattle in the rear tire well that sounded like it was going to fall apart. It was very cold and uncomfortable. They play a very outdated DVD on the way to the game on “TVs” that need updated as well as the speakers that blasted right into your ear. Grateful that there was a service that got us there and allowed us to drink but my guess is that there’s a much more enjoyable service out there that does it. Do your research.

Unbelievable.....how is this business running,missed my flight to Texas waiting for this bus to arrive,without any updates the bus trip was canceled,a business that is not even open,other people's luggage left outside infront of facility,Really.....the choker that arrived about 8o'clock couldn't even answer my question neither took a moment to call dispatch for any info with regards of the next bus arrival,with a nasty attitude he said Nope I'm not going to chicago, I'm going home....( sorry a.. employee) i will never use this company's transportation ever again...Beware!!!.

Many reviews here just like mine. Unreliable service. The last three times I've tried to use this service on August 26, 2024 and now Nov 12, 2024, the bus at the normal scheduled time was cancelled and had to wait for the next bus. This isn't reliable enough to trust getting to the airport on time for a flight.

Update: March 2024 I tried to use this bus service a third time and again it was cancelled. The 5:30pm bus was cancelled, no update in the coach usa app, either, except it said the bus was delayed by 115 minutes ( attached screenshot). I had to call to find out it was cancelled. Then the next bus for 6:30pm showed up at 6:35pm and we left 30 minutes late at 7pm. Don't use this service unless you absolutely have no other choice. It's terrible. I'm on the bus as I write this update.

Bus service from Milwaukee Airport to downtown 20 USD per person. Dont pay cash, he told me to pay 25 in cash. Ask for receipt.

We had a great trip from the 13th street stop to O'Hare. The bus was clean and on time, and the driver was very helpful and friendly.

S13 street location office is closed, it is still a pickup point and a place to park. Coach USA is making a strong comeback under new leaders, Team Work Makes The Dream Work.
