What can I say about Kelli Surdell-Steaveson? Well, most recently she helped me plan the most incredible trip to Greece for myself and my 2 adult daughters. It turned out to be even better than I hoped for!

I wanted to go to two less busy/famous islands (rather then Santorini and Mykonos where the majority of people go.) So, Kelli worked with her contacts in Greece to create a personal tour for just the 3 of us, which included Athens, Naxos and Paros. Throughout this process Kelli was incredibly patient, helpful, and beyond knowledgeable! (I have to set the stage for my statement by telling you that we put about 2.5 years into planning this trip, as I had to postpone it once (when we were very close to booking it) due to the illness and imminent death of my brother-in-law. Kelli was so understanding and kind during this process and really took it in stride.) She is extremely detail -oriented which helped our trip flow very smoothly and put my mind at ease. She arranged for drivers to pick us up and take us to all of our destinations. They were always on time, friendly, polite and very attentive to the road. The guides that Kelli set up for our tours were very knowledgeable in their respective areas and we enjoyed being with them. We had so much fun!

I can't recommend Kelli highly enough! Trust me - with Kelli, you will be in the most capable of hands for the trip of your dreams. She is passionate about her craft and wants to ensure her clients have the absolute best trip possible. It is evident that she's been doing this for a long time (over 25 years).

My wife, her sister, and I have been using Kelli Surdell at Food and Wine Trails for several months to plan our Baltic cruise for this July on The Regent Seven Seas. Our experience in taking cruises is limited, hence it has been fantastic to have Kelli’s professional services to guide us through the process. She is very knowledgeable and has been very proactive in making sure we are aware of the many deadlines. As an example, we missed the signup day for booking shore excursions. Kelli called me to make sure we were aware of this deadline. She also sends emails to make sure we are aware of key email alerts from the cruise line. She has made suggestions for our post cruise time in Amsterdam. Her customer service is top-notch, and she is always prompt in responding by phone or email to our numerous questions. If I could give 6 stars to Kelli I would. She has been wonderful to work with and particularly given a challenge we had with a reservation. She went above the call to duty, solved the problem and then communicated back in a timely matter. Companies and people build their reputation during challenges, not doing the easy stuff. Kelli certainly did that for her and Food and Wine Trails. This is our third or fourth time to work with them, and they do not disappoint.

This is about as bad a company in the hospitality space as i've ever seen. I'm not convinced that anyone here actually cares whether or not customers have a good experience. They are only interested in getting your money, and they charge at least double what the actual cost of just booking directly through the cruise line would cost you. If anything goes wrong, they will just stand behind their "act of god" clause, or say you didn't purchase insurance, your SOL. If I could give them zero stars I would.
