The DHHS office is easy to access and has an elevator to get to the second floor where they are located. So anyone who has any type of disabilities will find it user friendly. The Girl's behind the desks are extremely helpful and friendly. Usually not much of a wait time either to get service .

I wish I could leave less than a 1 star review, absolute joke of an office, no communication, no reliable help, the receptionists tell lies, and lose important documents and then blame the client for not “getting a reciept” on the paperwork that's turned in. -100/5

Was surprisingly a quick visit. I was expecting DMV like wait time. Had to get a new social security card with my married name on it and was in and out.

I haven't even gotten to my appointment yet. In trying to reach a person on the phone to reschedule because I have the flu and I can't get a single human being to answer. So, I can't reschedule and will look like I am just not showing up. There has to be a better way to get in touch with these people.

I called ten minutes before they closed, expecting to have to call back the next day. I received a call 5 minutes later and the woman was able to answer all my questions. Have been back since and never waited more than 10 minutes to resolve paperwork or concerns. The two women working the windows were helpful. Not all government agencies suck the life out of you when you walk through the door!

The employees here are great! All we get right now is medical assistance and we appreciate it so much. It really helps SO MUCH! And for us, it is just a crutch until we get the rest of the way on our feet, as we have been doing through the years! Dont like some of the people you run into here and it feels dirty and cluttered in the waiting room, but I honestly cant complain at all. And our social worker is great!

Easy to find..plenty of parking. Wish there was a more clear map in the parking lot to tell which building to go to. The entrances are on total opposite sides of parking lot and building. Was almost late because I went to wrong building.

I have left 5 messages in 2 months on the child support voicemail and have yet to get a call back. I fail to see how no one in that office has 5 minutes to call me back in the 320 business hours that have passed since my FIRST voicemail.
