Office is very lazy!! Never answer the phone! Failed to give me proper help to get my account set up. Refused to help me gather the right information to file a claim. Kept running me around in circles to different offices knowing they cant help me either! The WORST EVER!

Tried to call and was placed on call back list. Two weeks later after no call tried to go into the office for help. Refused to help me without making appointment, which is made through the same phone number. Once I got through, was helped and found out several days later when I got a letter in the mail that it was filed incorrectly. After dealing with the same issue with 3 other people finally found someone who knew what they were doing. Worst customer service with the most clueless people that truly don’t want to help anybody

I have been trying to call you guys and no one ever answers I need to figure out why I haven’t got my deposit yet. You guys have no other way of contact because clearly a phone doesn’t work for you guys and the IDES website is no help. I’m just trying to figure out why y’all can’t answer the phone y’all open at 8:30 am there is no way I call at 8:40 and all your phone lines are busy I was on hold for 2 hours after hanging up because why isn’t nobody answering the phone … Is there someone or somewhere were you can report the unemployment office cause it’s just ridiculous haven’t received my benefits in 2 weeks and y’all never answer the phone

Even though this is a limited location for getting assistance with unemployment insurance, they help you through the process of getting started, though anything after that is useless to even try. If you have to file an appeal or if you have any hiccups within applying or job hunting then they do not have the answers. They do not even know the address to send paperwork into. So the starting process is easy but if you need any follow through then I would use a Google search before calling them and waiting on the phone for an hour to get nothing.

This place is a nightmare. Should be zero stars. The workers are lazy, rude and could care less about you. They have called back but with each person the criteria changes. It’s been 2 weeks now and my daughter has not been able to file a claim. We have called 15 times. I’m calling my state representative. I can only hope they lose their jobs and they have the same problems getting unemployment.

Apon, my arrival the staff showed me hospitality. They were professional and knowledgeable. They were very helpful to me. I'm no computer fan at all yet the young lady that assisted me was very patient, and thoughtful of my feelings. I felt really ashame when I walked in. Thank you again for all you assisted me with.

Absolutely horrible with the call back system. They're supposed to make more than 1 attempt. Yet they have not. If you don't answer the first time they call, you're outta luck, and you have to call back to receive another spot in line, which currently takes 3 weeks. So I've been waiting 9 weeks for a call back. I can't get unemployment and I'm barely working because of the pandemic. If I could give them 0 stars I would. They are horrible. But at least missouri has it under control. 🤷

If I could give them negative stars I would. Ive been trying to call for a month and I can't get through to anyone and then they just hang up. I get times are hard right now, but they're hard for everyone. Maybe a better system needs to be implemented? Its beyond frustrating. I've emailed them probably over a dozen times and I haven't heard anything back from anyone.
