nice hotel, i would think really good for an extended stay. Well appointed kitchenette, with a large refrigerator/freezer. about a 20 minute ride to the casino, but at 65 mph , it goes quickly. will defiantly stay again when we are in the area

Hospitality was just amazing there. Staff are super friendly and so nice. Room was clean, breakfast was good. Bring a towel to the pool, we had to go find some but other than that this was a good experience 🙂

This is the fourth, and probably the last time I’ll be staying here. The first three times were great, but this time was not.

The good: Friendly staff, clean rooms, easy check-in, location is perfect.

The bad: This bed was the most uncomfortable torture device I have had the misfortune to sleep on. I’ve been in hotels, hostels, and tents all around the country, and different continents. This was the worst by far. Not trying to be dramatic, but my back still hurts after a ton of ibuprofen. We stayed one night, but if it was for longer, I would have left. The hotel was booked all weekend.

Compared to my previous stay in May, the breakfast was greatly reduced both in selection and quality of the food. The new menu is a disappointment.

The room was large and clean...brand new. The staff members were friendly and helpful. My only disappointment was breakfast. Cold, limited, and not very good compared to breakfasts I have enjoyed at other hotels.

Home2 Suites is a suites hotel. It's odd there's only a elevator on the front end . It's a long walk down the hall if on the opposite end with just steps. Rooms are nice with a nice couch. The pool is small. The breakfast was good. The check in was excellent . Pet area is in front

Stay here!!! It’s great. 😊 This Home2 Suites in Martinsburg was very nice and modern. 😊 Rooms were well designed with little things that made the room more functional like the rolling table under the built in desk. There was a well stocked gym and a small indoor pool. They also served a decent complementary breakfast 🧇 if you can eat gluten. There were also some limited protein options. As an added bonus, the front desk staff were super nice (especially Ms. Tanette). They also provided guests with free water and apples! 🍏 The location was epic in a huge shopping plaza with mostly everything guests would need including multiple restaurants, shops, and a huge Walmart within walking distance if it’s not too cold. 🥶😆

I really enjoyed my stay. The rooms are nice only thing I didn't like is the bathroom door. They are sliding doors and are hard to keep shut. The coffee maker didn't work right and I did forget to tell the staff. Other than that the rooms were wonderful. Speaking of staff they are incredible. Michelle, Kayla and Nikole were amazing. All very helpful and kind. Not that other employees werent I only dealt with those three. The hotel was very clean. The lady at the breakfast bar kept everything stocked and clean. I wasn't fond of the breakfast selections to be honest. I enjoyed the waffle maker tho. There were bagels, yogurt, cereal, juices, breakfast sandwiches and breakfast bowls. Most of the selection was stuff with sausage. The placement of the building is kind of odd but not horrible. It's tucked behind hobby lobby and a gym. But there was plenty of restaurants and stores nearby to choose from. The pool was also nice, kind of wished there was a skimmer net accessible for everyone, there was a clump of hair in the pool. I love Home2 Suites and will continue to use and also would stay here again!

The rooms appeared clean and well maintained. The staff were attentive and pleasant. The hotel was definetely pet friendly. However, the breakfast selection and the way served was found lacking. The hot breakfast sandwiches were not even close to hot, and the baked goods seemed stale. Cereal was also stale and tasted like cardboard. The pull out couch was very noisey. The breakfast and the pullout sleeper sofa would be the only areas I would say they could improve upon.
