Excellent overall experience. Tasty fried shrimp, cradle cakes and fish and chips. Our server was fantastic. Very attentive and kept our glasses full. Highly recommended

We came to celebrate our 1 year anniversary. It was perfect. Everyone was very nice. The food was delicious. We did make reservations about 3 weeks ahead of time. Would definitely recommend.

This was my very FIRST meal in the state of West Virginia and I absolutely loved it. Before my main entree, they served me some rolls. They were absolutely the BEST TASTING ROLLS that I ever had in my life. I am not joking in the least bit. My main entree was the Atlantic Salmon (topped with a Honey BBQ type glaze) platter, with broccoli and a baked potato. LORD HAVE MERCY ON MY SOUL. It all was prepared and tasted EXTREMELY good. I will definitely pay them a visit again in the near future. Well done, Kitzie’s!

This is a beautiful rustic spot with the best cream of crab soup, jumbo lump crab cake and stuffed mushroom you will ever have. Setting was easy, service had nothing but smiles (shout out to Jade for the fabulous suggestions and drinks!) we enjoyed our time in West Virginia and visiting Kitzie’s just added to it!

I frequent Kitzies very often. I absolutely love and recommend just about everything on the menu. Their hand made crab cakes and cream of crab soup is one of the best I have had. All the ladies I have encountered in there are always friendly and so nice. Courtney, Pam, Jordyn and Jade are always sweet and smiling. I recently went in for their new Sunday brunch buffet and it was delish. Those waffles were the best I have ever had and the fried shrimp is worth the $14.99 alone. You can’t go anywhere now a day to get a variety like that for that price. The Mimosas was great too. All of their drinks are great. I also like that there is a bar side and a separate side for more of the family dining. I would definitely recommend at least giving this place a try.

Delicious crab cake! It was big, flavorful and amazing! My husband had it with loaded potato and said for me to mention it specifically (he doesn't generally contribute much to these reviews so that is saying something! He also devoured it before I could get a good picture! We had a hot seafood dip with baguette slices which was also scrumptious. Finally, I had the crab soup which was thicker than most chowder and was also delicious with baguette slices but I chose to eat by itself because I was afraid I would be too full to finish! I had added a side salad because I had no idea how big the soup bowl would be but the dip & soup would have been plenty! Definitely coming to eat here again next time we come through!

This was our first time eating here and we probably won't go back. We started with the Chesapeake pretzel which was actually really good. My husband ordered steak med rare which did come out med rare but the outside was burnt and did not tase good. We ordered loaded fries which were okay, and the ranch dressing was good. I ordered fried scallops and had to send them back. They tasted like ammonia smells. They were so bad. It took us forever to even get our food, but with that being said our waitress was very nice and was clearly trying to keep up. She smelled the scallops and said that she also smelled ammonia and was very apologetic and did take the scallops off of our bill and gave us an additional 10% off which she didn't have to do.
