Our main business was with the pharmacy that day. In daylight hours, the pharmacy has good access to the parking lot. After nightfall, however there’s only one open entrance so there is a lot of walking from the parking lot to the door to the pharmacy. We had to help another patron get to his car as he exited the building.

We had to stay for a sleep deprived EEG for my 7yo and they went above and beyond to make it easier for us. I had originally booked the room online, and when they saw why we were staying, they called and asked if we wanted the room across from the pool. They let us use the pool all night long. We were able to roam the halls, get snacks. They were soooo accommodating and we really felt taken care of. Thank you!!!

Big rooms, very clean, reasonable rates! Our desk clerk, Lindsay, was super friendly and super helpful. She gave us a fantastic recommendation for dinner. I wasn’t familiar with the area and greatly appreciated her help. I was dropping my son off at school here, so I will be back and I will remember this place. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices.

Visited La Crosse this weekend and chose Gundersen based on price and previous reviews. We were not disappointed! The room was large and spacious and the bed and pillows incredibly comfortable. The desk workers were kind and friendly and the area felt safe. We had a room facing the street and although there was some noise, it wasn’t terrible. The breakfast was edible but nothing amazing, but I do appreciate that this perk is offered. I also loved the 24/7 coffee, juice, and soda available. We would definitely stay here again the next time we are in town.

The selection was limited but I chose room cleanliness over everything else when I stay at hotels so I don’t have any complaints there. ||It was awesome having unlimited fountain Pepsi as this is a staple for me when I stay at hotels! So major bonus!!

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. Highly recommend! The Shrine to Our Lady of Guadalupe told us this was the closest hotel, so I booked it but had no idea if it was nice or not. It was a relief to find that every employee we encountered seemed to truly care about their guests. Also, the room was clean, and the breakfast was great.
