We booked a last minute getaway for 3 nights in an adorable and immaculate cabin overlooking Weirs Beach on Lake Winnipesaukee. The owners, Clover and Kurt have done a marvelous job renovating this hidden treasure. We relaxed in their heated saltwater swimming pool that has vistas of the lake. Lots of new lounge chairs and plenty of umbrellas. Pool towels are in a big bin in the pool area.|There is a "secret-private path" to the popular ice cream store just though the woods. Yum|Gas grills are available and picnic tables on the grounds.|The bathrooms are newly remodeled and generous size. They provide a coffee pot and decaf and regular coffee. We opted to bring our keurig because we drink a lot of coffee... I even brought my own special mug and I thoroughly Cherished the quiet mornings on the front porch watching the glistening sun over the lake.|We found lots to do in the area. One night we had turkey dinners at Hart's. Our take home portions gave us a tasty turkey and stuffing lunch the next day.|One day we went tubing on the Saco River in Conway. The ride was less than an hour and a beautiful scenic drive. Yesterday it rained so we went to Meredith to a movie followed by window shopping and AMAZING dinner at Lago on the lake.||Our cabin had 2 Queen beds. ||Hope to return next summer. This was a perfect vintage Lakeview vacation.

First time staying here. Very cute cabins perfect for a couple getaway weekend near hiking and cute NH towns.

The view is maybe the best on the lake. You can enjoy a panoramic view of the lake from the main house, pool, and even your cabin’s porch for your morning coffee. Very clean amenities. Salt water heated pool was a nice touch too.

Short ride to Meredith. Short walk to Weirs Beach. 20 minutes to Mount Major.

Would definitely recommend and stay again.

I traveled as a child every summer to The old Lakeside Hotel. I have tried for years to feel "at home again on The lake."|It never happened until we|Stumbled upon the Grand .. Oh my coming up the hill and seeing the meticulously kept grounds and the view!!|I knew I had found our new home.|The pride in this property shows from|The moment you enter the driveway . And continues in the absolutely immaculate guest room. I rebooked for next year before this stay was even over:||Thank you so much to the owners wonderful stay! I was looking for the Grandview Resort in Ontario and this property came up in my Google search and we liked it immediately.
The view from unit 12 is to die for. We are big swimmers so was in the heated great size pool every day. Weir Beach is walkable and we did so once. But driving there is snap and paid parking is plentiful. Great thing about about the unit is a full kitchen so we cooked most of our meals and had an ice cream treat at Kellerhaus. There is a path there from the site. We shopped at Walmart, Shaws and Hannafords. Bought great steak at the Whining Butcher nearby in Meredith .
Did a day trip to the excellent Hampton Beach and a second one to the famous Bretton Woods Mount Washington Resort and the Cog Railway that climbs the 6,000 foot Mount Washington. New Hampshire is a gem. Clean and safe and no sales tax on purchases. Highly recommended and Kirk and Clover run it well with military like efficiency and precision and are super friendly. The staff are great too.

🙏😍👍❤️🏆 Thank you for the most enjoyable summer vacation ever. We highly recommend this resort for the gorgeous stunning views and the family friendly fun atmosphere. Location is perfect, close to so many attractions (lake cruises, scenic train rides, Castle in the Clouds, Mount Washington Cog, Flume Gorge, arcades galore, excellent restaurants, hiking and kayaking, boating, swimming and so much more), and the hosting services are perfect! Awesome kindest of hosts, hands on! Place is super clean and very cozy. We felt at home! Dog friendly, adorable cabins, super convenient. We loved it so much we did not want to come back! It has a lovely pool and beautiful lawns and flowers all around. Our favorite thing to do was to watch the islands from our very own porch - so serene and calming, real vacation vibes. Every cabin and cottage has its own grill, and the AC is excellent. The bed is so comfortable. We will definitely be back like the many other repeat and happy guests. We have made friends and you will too! 100% Satisfaction, # 1 in New Hampshire. Unforgettable 🥇⛱🏊‍♀️🚣‍♀️🫶

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at this beautiful location, close enough to Weirs Beach for all the fun and convenience, but a block far enough away to not be annoyed by any chaos. ||The hotel style room was immaculately clean, and freshly refurbished. Plenty of outlets near the bed, big mini fridge, nice shower. But it's the heated indoor pool that really wowed us! They have floats you can use, and a speaker system guests can hook up to and play some tunes while you enjoy the view of Lake Winnipesaukee. The staff was also SUPER nice. There are some adorable old dogs that walk around greeting people. Had a very homey feel, while still feeling classy.||We attended shows at Bank of NH Pavilion during our trip, and this was a great location to do so. 7-8 minute ride door to door, and basically a straight shot from the venue.

What a gem. Modern rooms, clean, very well-kept property. We enjoyed the pool (very clean!) and the grounds. The owners are extremely friendly and hospitable. We did not bring our dogs, but love that some of the rooms/cabins are dog-friendly. Probably not a two minute drive to Weirs, but why bother - we could easily see the Saturday night fireworks show from our balcony. Grills on site if you chose. You can walk to the big ice cream and candy shop just across the property. And yes, a gorgeous grand view of the lake. Probably a nice sunrise.

Our family stayed in one of the newly renovated cabins. It was beautifully done, and had a cute little porch with a wonderful view of the lake. The owners are so friendly and helpful. The pool was a big hit with all our family. The owners even provide a speaker if you want to play music while you’re out there. There is a candy store/ice cream parlor that you can walk to next-door. The boardwalk and beach or a very short ride. The worlds largest old school arcade is nearby. There are also lots of restaurants and stores for groceries a short distance away. We cannot say enough about the beautiful setting and wonderful cabin. Everyone staying in the cabins has a big smile on their face because it is such a relaxing and enjoyable place to be. It was a magical trip.
