Had a flight to be cancelled by the Spirit airline on 6/25/23 and they issued the refund to Fareowise. I have contacted them several times and they will not refund my money $567. I have sent them proof of the cancellation and proof that the refund was sent to their card. But every time I call them they say they have to research and get back with me.. I never hear back from them. It only took me an hour to research where Spirit sent the refund. They are really giving me the run around about my money.

I would definitely never recommend them to anyone!!!!

The worst I have ever gotten when it come to flights
No one is picking up your calls and the collect you money the don’t book any flight. Or they give you a fake ticket

It's a scam. Bought a flight through them, was told 4-6 hours should receive my confirmation. Didn't receive anything and nobody is answering the phone. Don't fall for this
