My stay at your hotel was wonderful. I dealt mostly with Joe and Cree and they were great! (A business is only as good as its employees!) My room attendant, Ramona D., left us a spotless room! And Diane and Tracey, the breakfast "overseers" prepared wonderful food in the morning - the turkey sausage was great! (we ate there twice). They served great coffee (New England!) and most everyone enjoys a great cup of coffee to start their day. Our stay at your hotel was delightful! Nice job! Oh, and by the way, I and my friend really enjoyed the food we bought at that concession by the desk. Very fairly priced and taster great! Digornios microwave pizzas kept us well-fed for dinner. We'll, be back!

We had the best stay. The staff was so accommodating and patient with our entire hockey team and families! Thank you for making it such a perfect stay.
Also, the man in the breakfast dining area was outstanding and extremely attentive and kind! He deserves a lot of recognition!

I booked a room using a free night award. Then used an upgrade certificate that was approved. Pretty happy about that. I spoke with front desk on phone earlier in the day and also 2 gentlemen at front desk when checking in. All have been 100% on their mark. Just fantastic folks to interact with and happy to help in anyway they can. The hotel is fairly empty for a Wednesday night. The fresh hot cookies were approved by my overly picky kids. The pool is really small, but we are the only people in it. When in the Plymouth area, I would stay again. We bounce between here and the C-Man Inn (C-Man Inn has a hot tub and a bigger pool). As a Bonvoy Platinum (not overly special or anything) I do try to gear all personal and business travel to Bonvoy. The quality is consistent across the brand. This stay has actually been above and beyond expectation. Everyone here is just so friendly. A+++ stay here in Plymouth. Well done!!!

This was my second stay at this hotel, and it's a sheer delight each time! Rooms are roomy and beds comfortable, bathrooms bright and spotless. Staff is friendly and very accommodating.|The location is terrific! just a short 6 min. drive to the main street in town and the amazing "Flying Monkey" Theater! Lots of great places on that strip to eat before a show. Next door to the hotel is a wonderful Market Basket supermarket that is one of the best I've ever been in! Behind the hotel is a grassy area that abuts a woods, so it is peaceful and scenic....Hope to return again!

What a pleasant surprise! Well located, clean and modern hotel. Solid and varied free breakfast served daily. Friendly and attentive staff, who really aim to please.

Would be back in a heartbeat. Pet friendly too. 🐶

Really nice hotel and very clean. We enjoyed our stay and it was located next to everything you need. Walmart, dollar tree, market basket (2 min walk) and a few fast food places like McDonald’s, Burger King and dominos. We personally traveled to ice castle which was about 30 min away and didn’t mind the drive. We stayed from Wednesday to Saturday and it was nice and quiet throughout the hotel. We had the pool to ourselves and the gym as well. Breakfast featured a lot of options and staff were super friendly. Thank you for our stay and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone

The front desk was welcoming, she was able to get us in early on a very snowy day. The room was large and the bed was comfy. The free Max on the tv didn’t work, said network error. The hotel was full and the walls are paper thin. We heard every person who walked by, every child that ran up and down the hallway laughing and yelling to their friends.

Hotel look nice, however we had no heat for second night of our stay in room # 333. We spoke with front desk lady, she sent “ engineer “ to check what was wrong. Problem didn’t solve. Remember the night from Saturday to Sunday was a 7 degree outside. Temperature in room was 61. We had kids in room. On the top of that - night from Friday to Saturday I was bitten by something ( bite look like mosquito) didn’t paid attention till Sunday morning when I had bites in leg, arm, back . Today is Monday and my son has bites on his body as well.
Sunday morning we’re checking the beds in the room for bed bugs, don’t see any but something had bitten me and my son.
