The rooms are mostly clean, staff is excellent at quickly responding to needs however its obvious they are understaffed.

The arcade is cute but simple claw games are $2 apiece and it goes up from there. Such a disappointing and pointless money grab at a hotel full of children.

The indoor pool is awesome with a cabinet full of clean towels at all times. The sauna is small but a nice treat.

Outside had a smell of raw sewage as though the septic tank was full. Our car had a lingering odor in it after we drove away.

The parking lot was very poorly plowed.

The breakfast was terrible. The staff could not keep up with demand and it was wiped out for nearly the entire time. Seating was inadequate and the loud arcade right next to the breakfast seating area was such an obvious money grab.

I would stay here again.

This hotel is the best of its ilk. The rooms and lobby are newly updated and very pleasant and clean. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Pool is wonderful and is kept at 83 degrees which is terrific. Breakfasts are plentiful and include non sugary junk food options.

We were here for a tournament and stayed a few nights. We had no complaints. The room was the same size as you would find at any other hotel, it was clean, east to get service, towels etc. The breakfast was an A+ we never left breakfast hungry. Coffee all day was a bonus.

We've stayed here twice and our latest stay was even better than the last. This hotel is clean, consistent, has plenty of amenities to keep the kids busy and has an above average Best Western breakfast.

But what makes this Best Western stand out is their rock star staff! Unfortunately, our car broke down so we had to spend an extra night. The whole staff was so helpful and sympathetic, letting us stay in their lobby all day and taking care of us when we found out we had to stay overnight. Kalan in particular was so sweet, she even brought up our food delivery to our room! Give her a raise! And then there's Gao, who is anywhere and everywhere all at once, making sure the operation is running smoothly. Give Gao a raise too!

Great location to serve as a base to many ski resorts in the area, a nice restaurant across the street and a cute college town in Plymouth nearby. Call Loop Taxi if you don't want to drive!

I stayed over on a Friday night and the hotel was full of Hockey kids. I thought it would be loud at night however, they were all respectful. The room was clean the breakfast was warm and the staff was friendly.

The rooms and facilities are clean. The beds are comfortable. Don't miss the breakfast experience, Giao will make your day!|When in Northern NH this is our home base. Convenient to all the White Mountain attractions. Exit #27 of I93, easy on and off.

This hotel is ok. Not bad , but not the best. Just somewhere to sleep and shower. I had to upgrade my room because I didn’t want be on 1st floor. Upgraded to a “suite” which was just a king bed and pull out couch. Whatever just wanted be on 2nd floor. Soon as I get in room , use bathroom and have just a little bit of toilet paper left. Ok weird. There was one brand new roll by towels. Put that one on , but the toilet paper holder was broken. (How does a “suite”room have broken appliances and don’t fix them)So the brand new roll fell off and went all out on floor , gross not going use it. No other TP. So being lazy being it was 9pm, like I’m just going use tissues. But then the tissues ran out!! I have never been in a hotel having call front desk for TP! Embarrassing. Then they told me they couldn’t bring me up any that I had go to front desk. I wasn’t about to go down in my pjs with my baby so just hung up phone upset.i guess me screaming they knew i was pissed so They brought it up to me. I have stayed hotels all over world even overseas. Never have I had to call for TP. And most hotels refill with brand new supplies. I get it it’s in the middle of no where but those are little things that just shouldn’t be an issue in hotel…If I ever go back I’m definitely going to a different hotel & for the price not worth it. But if you don’t mind annoying little things like that then it’s okay for sleep n shower. Front desk people all cranky. For middle no where its still place to sleep & feel safe.

This is the nicest Best Western property that I’ve stayed at. Lovely location, just off 93 and a great restaurant across the street. The beds were super comfy. The hotel has a lot of amenities: a huge indoor pool, a sauna, an arcade, a living room area with a fireplace and sofas to chill, chairs and a fire pit outside, etc. Very nice staff at all times. Can’t wait to come back.
