Dr.Taylor and Nurse Brittany were amazing. I felt they took the time to really listen to me. Doctor Taylor was able to get to the issues I presented with in the ER, quite quickly. Both, doctor and nurse were so compassionate; which I believe is one of the key components in healthcare. I was feeling better and heading home with a plan of care in a short amount of time. My experience was excellent!

Service was quick. And efficient. Just to make sure my daughter did not have appendicitis. We felt comfortable and well cared for the entire time we were there. I felt confident to take her home that she was safe and just needed a rest.

Ssurprisingly disappointing I actually left AMA because after 2 hours and no resolution to my chest pain and no idea why except we want you stay in the hospital for 2 days for observation and have stress test on Monday. The nurses lab pharmacy tech and NP were all great and made me feel safe and comfortable but did not “fix”the issue. We ruled out what wasn’t so that was a start.

My son saw two different doctors while in your emergency room. The first doctor saw the obvious problem and sent me for an ultrasound. Before that doctor could come in and talk to me after that ultrasound his shift was over and another doctor came in. The other doctor didn't even look my son in the eyes while talking to him and assumed that it was something completely different. Your emergency room doctor that was in there this morning is lacking empathy as well as good sense. If my son had a gunshot wound and I had to travel 20 miles farther to a different emergency room I would take him to that emergency room that was 20 miles farther away.

The person taking your vitals, needs to go back to school. You don't take someone's blood pressure over clothing. I thought my arm was going to explode. There was so much pressure on my clothes arm, getting squeezed by pressure band. Of course, my blood pressure was high, it was squeezing my shirt sleeve tightly around my arm. And I was never exactly diagnosed to what the actual problem was. Just a guess on what I might be.

We came into the ER room for my infant. Dr. Washington and the nurses were amazing!! They treated us with kindness & compassion! Dr. Washington was extremely thorough looking over my daughter to figure out the cause of the high fever and answered all of our questions! We would come back just for him!!
