In terms of what you’re paying for it’s a great deal. Rooms are well cleaned and it all encompasses a great heated pool. The guests are friendly and so are the staff. The owner is a great guy and they all do a really good job.

The motel is a walk from the beach, boardwalk, and everything else in Hampton. Will be back

Wanted to get a room with my 7 month daughter and my mom, tried to book a one bed room for the cheapest price and the front desk refused to let us book one bed with an infant. Would not give an explanation just stated “With a baby and you two, no you can’t book a room with a single bed”. He was dismissive and rude, wouldn’t leave the door way out to the office to talk with us. We are happily staying elsewhere that’s accommodating to us with an infant child.

This place is a gem. It's in the perfect location. One street behind the casino and Sal's pizza and the entertainment stage on the beach. Fireworks no need to go anywhere. Walk out your door and Bam! Right in your face. The owners are so friendly and nice. My wife and myself went up for labor day weekend. We stayed two days. My wife said it's so nice let's stay another evening. We went and asked and said sure no problem. We didn't have to move or anything. The pool was at a perfect temperature. The staff are kind and willing to help with anything. The rooms are perfect and so quaint. Just perfect is all I can say about the dolphyn motel. We will make this an annual thing. I tried to stay another night but dang having to work booo. Hahahahah. We will be back

Look forward to coming to the Dolphyn every year with my family. Spend most our time hanging by the amazing heated pool. The Hampton strip is always a good time, and on rainy days the Brook Casino is only 15 minutes away. Gino the owner has always accommodated our large family and made us feel at home.

Highly recommend the Dolphyn. Gino the owner is a great person. Leeza is amazing and goes above and beyond to make sure everyone has what they need in their rooms. Doug is security overnight great guy and makes us all feel extremely safe! The beach is right down the street not a far walk at all, along with fried dough and the rest of the boardwalk. The rooms have brand new ACs making it super comfortable with this extreme heat. Great place for families or friends!!

I have been staying at the dolphyn for more than 15 years and every time we are met with great service and an amazing atmosphere. The owner Gino and employees Leeza and Doug are very welcoming and make the place feel like home. The rooms are clean and make perfect fit for a stay near the beach less than 5 minutes away. Overall the dolphyn exceeds expectations and is a great fit for all families and friends!

Been coming here for more than 20 years. Gino and the staff have been more than accommodating every year. The pool is great and it’s right down the street from the beach. Would never stay anywhere else but the Dolphyn!!!!

I stay last night at the Dolphin motel in Hampton beach I was very pleased with my room it was clean the bed was freshly made bathroom and tub very clean lots of towels. The air conditioner worked great. But most importantly was the people , Gino the owner was very nice to and Liza the housekeeping manager she is a great Lady very friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay there again.
