Spent Columbus Day weekend. Good location. Room smelled bad probably due to carpet that appears 20 or more years old. I sneezed every night. Im allergic to dust! Faucet in bathroom didn't work until it was tightened still only could get cold to work. Cobwebs galore. If I paid 60 bucks a night I wouldn't be as disappointed but at 130 a night I would expect MUCH better! I see reviews from 6 yrs ago asking for upgrades but guess that didn't happen.

Outrageous prices, be ready to pay 3x the amount you would 15 minutes down the road in Colebrook for anything from food to car oil, only time you'd find me here is for an emergency, food quality is terrible almost everything is frozen or tastes it. Would not recommend save yourself the money and don't go here. Convenient location for ATV's though.

An excellent stay if you want to have a central location to start your snowmobiling or ATV riding adventures from the northern part of the trail systems. No air conditioning here, most of the time it’s no problem, windows and cool mountain air is enough. Having the store/diner and gas station on the property is perfect for a one stop shop for all your needs. Excellent breakfast too. I highly recommend (especially now that they have WiFi!)

Restaurant & Store Review: Great breakfasts. I personally love the Breakfast Quesadilla, but we’ve enjoyed everything we’ve eaten here. The store is well-stocked and conveniently located, complete with ports-potties and gas/off-road diesel for this Dixville end of town and for the trails.

Always friendly, clean, accommodating and easy. My husband loves that the TVs were upgraded. Dog-friendly too and RIGHT on the trail! Excellent place to stay, especially if snow is scarce elsewhere.

If you ever want a breakfast meal that will fill you and amaze you at the same time, this is the place for you. And it is accessible by ATV and snowmobile during those seasons. We had 1 pancake each because you can't eat more than 1. The pancake is a "cake" in thickness and covers the entire plate. If you can finish this meal, you've had 2 meals. It was absolutely delicious. Highly recommended. Bon appetite!
