I was there quite some time ago, but it's the reason that I no longer trust counselors. There was a counselor named Cathy Lovell, and I'm unsure if she's still there, but she was awful. She would talk down to me, and if she was having a bad day, she would make sure that her client did as well. Ms. Lovell is the reason why I don't trust counselors. She didn't help me, but rather, had made me feel bad about myself, session after session. It was very discouraging. Also, the staff was so lazy it was just ridiculous.

I have to say the women who answer the phone keep this place together. I've been in "therapy" for over a year. I haven't even been able to start because of them going on what my abusive husband has lied about and relatives I don't even have a relationship with. The gaslighting which is abuse. The Colebrook office is horrible. They call DCYF on your appearance. I've been shamed for not forgive n forget my abuse. They have ruined the little help I got before them. My case manager has lied about me during my domestic violence divorce. People are disgusting.
