You get what you pay for…unless you’re staying here! I booked an executive suite for four of us—-but were provided bedding and towels for 3. No frills like tissues or trashcans here. Two rooms and a bathroom with ONE trash can. The thermostat in the “office” portion didn’t work. The sink in the bathroom was permanently closed. The drain had no way to lift up. You can’t tell me housekeeping didn’t know that before they gave us this room!!! |Forget asking the front desk for assistance. The phone button for that doesn’t work. I finally dialed zero. They acknowledged we were right to complain, but had no solution. No other rooms available, even though it was only 6 PM. No one was on duty to help? Evidently not, according to the person working at the front desk.|I asked about bedding for the pullout couch—-clearly with 4 in a one bed suite we needed to use it. I was told to look in the armoire. (I already did before inquiring!) One fitted, one top sheet, and one pillow. Hmmmmm. The photo shows two pillows and a blanket. So I asked about that. Front desk told me, “No. We don’t provide those usually.” I get that good staff is hard to find, but seriously? I had to ask for enough towels, despite it being put in my request before check-in. |Pool was warm. We swam twice. No towels at night, but plenty in the morning. |Two shower heads, but only one worked. No hand held to be used. Shampoo/conditioner/ body wash in shower. A bar of soap left by the sink that couldn’t drain. No other “frills”. No tissues. No shower caps here! Definitely no lotion. Oh, and the rubber mat in the shower hasn’t been lifted or cleaned under in FAR too long. GROSS. Shower curtain bar all rusty. Strange, because mine at home doesn’t rust and we certainly aren’t in a tropical climate! |Not well designed. Only one phone—next to the bed. One thermostat worked. The “office” would not be a place I’d like to use for work. |The bed was super close to the ground and really too soft—as in my rear sank to floor when I sat on it! |We have Bonvoy membership, but that makes zero difference. They still don’t rectify the problems. If you’re looking for a place to park and head to the airport, this is it. A good night’s rest? Look elsewhere. There are plenty of places nearby.

The Courtyard Manchester-Boston is a clean and basic hotel conveniently located near the airport. It served its purpose perfectly for my early morning flight. The rooms are functional, though I did experience some street noise and could hear conversations from the neighboring room. Overall, a decent choice if you need a simple, close-to-airport hotel and prioritize convenience over complete quiet.

Did I have a bad experience? No. But would I choose this hotel again? No.

The good: Nice location. Felt safe and comfortable (although a firmer pillow that wasn't so soft and squishy would have been nice). Reasonably priced. Kind staff. You can tell the hotel building is dated, but the efforts to provide an updated atmosphere inside are well done.

The not so good: Horrible internet speed. Horrible room lighting (ladies, applying makeup is going to be difficult). Ridiculous to charge $5 a day to park - this is not a hotel in a downtown area, shared garage, etc., where a parking fee is expected - this is a typical suburban hotel where you'd never expect a parking fee.

The location is great and easy access to the mall and many restaurants in the area, very close to the airport. However, the hotel common area, room and elevator are very dated! The room could use more lights, the AC and the bathroom fan is extremely loud.

Staffs are generally nice. Not very pleased with the parking fee of $5 a night, especially this is not a hotel in downtown or so.

Nicely renovated hotel, clean enough and quiet, guestroom was on the small side however. The bathroom could be brighter, during the renovations they should have brighten up the room a bit more overall. Staff we interacted with was friendly and efficient, which includes the staff at the bistro-café in the morning. We had a great rate at 109$, so it was a awesome value. I was not upgraded as a Bonvoy platinum member, not a terrible move on their part, but I noticed it. 😉

oh boy...sketchy area with sketchy restaurants. The hotel is tired and in need of some serious work. No breakfast unless you count a couple of muffins and a carafe of coffee (for a fee). no food choices overall. Parking is confusing and it is on a major road. Convenient to the airport and highways. Not suitable for families. The people working here are friendly and helpful. That was really the only upside

I arrived at the same time as a large group, but I believe it was Colleen who checked me in (short hair, tattoos, very nice) was super speedy. I had an issue with my room and let her know, it was immediately rectified and the rest of my stay was great. Clean fitness room with bottle filling station. I will say while the breakfast person was lovely, it took over 30 minutes to order and get oatmeal. Would definitely stay again but give myself more time for breakfast.

Positive: The location of the hotel was great. Negative: The room (the entire hotel, really) smelled absolutely awful. It smelled like a moldy, wet dog. It was horrible. After sitting on the fabric couch/sofa for just a couple minutes, my clothes and hair smelled just like it. Fabreeze didnt help either!
