Lovely hotel! Clean. Tasteful decor. Love the eco friendly shower duds. Hot tub and pool were lovely. Service was great! Will definitely come back here if I need a hotel.

Positive: Location was perfect. Common areas (lobby, bistro) were very nice. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Negative: Rooms are older with small bathrooms, dark interior despite added lamps. Old style blower that was loud and blew directly on the bed all night.

The evening front desk person was somewhat rude and, after driving 12 hours, I did not need the attitude. No free breakfast for platinum members was also an unwelcome feature. The hotel was so stingy they didn't even have a water in the room.

If you are working early in the morning and this is your location, prepare to drink something other than coffee. You'll have to drink the garbage in the room or go to a Quick Trip. WiFi here was very, very infected with malware.

The rooms are beautiful and well maintained. My river view was gorgeous. The staff has always been welcoming. Very nice location to get to my destination easily as well.

Wonderful. Front desk cheerful and helpful in giving dining and recreation suggestions. Impeccably clean and quiet. Proximity to walkway on the Mississippi River a real plus. Many restaurants within walking distance. Very peaceful. One of the best nights of sleep I have ever had in a hotel. The shades on the windows block out so much light...hardly knew morning had arrived. Great experience!

Nice location by the Mississippi river in downtown La Crosse for a 11/8-11/10/24 visit. We checked in around 7 or 8pm. The room was fine, although bathrooms are a little tight so only 1 person could get ready at a time. One thing that was a turn-off, is when we entered, there was a strong cigarette smell in the front area. Then a few minutes later when we went back down to the front desk, we couldn't find anyone. Well, after deciding to just head out for the night, we saw the front desk person was standing outside the front doors... smoking. Not a huge deal, but I think just a bad look, and smell.

Pool was actually warm. Rarely do you get a pool that the water is warm enough to walk right in. Rooms are nice. Front desk people were great. Just on the edge of the bar district which works great for walking and no Ubering.
