I’m a housekeeping lead at another Cobblestone property. Housekeeper did an amazing job, everything was wiped down and clean. It’s the long term deep clean product replacement and presentation that needs attention. Washcloths were SO ragged, they looked like they were found on the interstate washed and put into circulation. The way the towels aren’t folded nice and put into the cubby hole. The bath towels are rolled in an ugly way and the hand towels and washcloths are just placed instead of folded neatly and stacked with purpose. Bathmat was folded wrong and laid over the edge of the tub, again not folded neatly. All the towels were presented with no love or care. The black bag that holds the pull out bed linen was not shut. At my hotel I acknowledge it’s hard to fit all the linens brown blanket and 2 pillows with the top shut and velcroed but we do it. It can be done. Lastly the pillows were all yellow and one was ripped and one out of 8 had a pillow protector. Overall the room was very clean but the long term quality of items and the way your presenting our products could use some help. But it was a great stay and I will be back so look for my name and blow me away next time 😉

. Our reservation was for 3 nights. We requested the room be cleaned (primarily to change towels and bed linen) on day 2 (Sunday), but this was not done. We also received unrequested wake-up calls on night 1 at 3 am and night 2 at 6 pm - we requested after night 1 that any wake-up calls be cancelled and were assured that this was done. Breakfast offering was meager, although other guests seemed satisfied.

Very comfortable beds! The staff was very pleasant and professional the entire stay. The breakfast was a nice touch each morning. A wide range of food options nearby. Love the food at wissota chophouse. Highly recommend if you need a place to stay and ever in Hartford. Truly a gem!

The staff and manager were incredibly friendly and accommodating to all my needs. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. Great location I could just all right downstairs to the best restaurant. Loved the delicious breakfast, I recommend this hotel for a relaxing stay The service went above and beyond expectations.

got in late, around 1 am. I was greeted at the front desk by a gentleman who was super eager to help. He answered all my questions as this was my first stay. My room was clean, bed was soft, breakfast was better than other hotels. Definitely will return

I've definitely been to better hotels, but for Hartford, the Cobblestone isn't too bad. It has everything you need. I was fortunate enough to be on the fourth floor, so I didn't really hear anyone else, which was nice. They do offer a breakfast that's pretty good. But make sure you tell them you don't want to be charged $2 per night to use the safe. They will automatically charge you if you don't say anything.

This was our 3rd visit and just like to first 2 visits no complaints . The hotel is very clean , beds are comfortable and the breakfast taste delicious ! The staff and manager are so nice here and are always smiling . We will be back next year again for sure .
