I thought they were going to be awesome, but they were the complete opposite. We were first time homebuyers and looked to them for insurance on our new home. It was all so new to us. Long story short, we moved into our new home, insurance was all paid up, and we thought we were good. They said there was nothing to worry about with our outdoor wood burner (used to heat the house). They just asked us to put some pavers under it and in front of it within a year. They said they had zero issues with our Doberman. They sent an adjuster out and the wood burner was an issue because there were no pavers under it. Remember they originally told us we had a year to fix that. They said we had cracks in our foundation. There are no cracks in our foundation. We would have never bought the house if there had been. They didn’t say it, but they definitely had an issue with our Doberman. So then they sent a letter stating they were dropping us….a month after we moved in. Again….we are so new to this. I panicked!! It was a horrible experience. They were dishonest and not true to their word. I would NEVER recommend them. State Farm on the other hand has been amazing.

I’m not sure why you are dragging poor Tyler into this. I never mentioned any names. Also, I’m leaving this review 7 months later (nothing was resolved by the way, I was forced to find a different insurance company) because you guys sent me an email TODAY asking for a review.
As far as the wood burner goes, I was told we had a year to fix the issue, you guys didn’t even give us a month.
Regardless, I did not have a good experience and that’s the truth. Why wasn’t all that stuff that disqualified our house, figured out before we bought the house? There was time to send an adjuster out.
Tyler was a very nice guy and I know he did what he could, but that doesn’t take away from the enormous amount of stress we had to deal with. I hope Tyler is successful in this business and creates a lot of good relationships with other customers.

My 5-Stars rating is specifically for Amanda Borkenhagen. She is Always willing to help me. As far as I'm concerned, she manages the Agency with great skill and understanding. Others in the agency are the salesforce; but Amanda knows the clients as people, not just policy numbers.
