I had the pleasure of eating here today, and I had such a pleasurable experience. I tried the griddle cakes, and they were so delicious!!! Fluffy but full of flavor!!!! I also had the shrimp and grits. While not what I'm traditionally accustomed to recipe wise, the dish was still very enjoyable. My last option was the Greek and granola yogurt. The presentation of it was simply beautiful; however, it was not my favorite, but others will find it enjoyable with its abundance of blueberries and blackberries, granola, and honey. I'm excited about returning to try some other really great menu options. Oh!!! Please try the limeade lemonade!!! It was such a tasty vibe!

The lady (as pictured) at the front counter was rude the entire time ! They were out of drinks & out of French toast sticks! The food was good. I didn’t eat the spicy biscuit chicken sandwich even tho I paid for it. The biscuit was too hard and dry for me. But the shrimp & grits are good. The pancakes are big/ thick, the kids enjoyed them. They don’t give you much syrup for them. The fries are delicious! Maybe get some dipper sauces for them. Prices are high but I would return and hope for a better experience!

This place had great reviews for breakfast as me and my family wanted to try something different. I’ve been here two times. The first time I came it was very packed. Me and my family did not know how seating worked and the cafes or how to order food so we left. The second time it was less congested. Customer service was great. I was craving a breakfast taco so I ordered two. I normally check my food before leaving anywhere but sadly I did not this go around. After leaving and looking at my food. The bacon was burnt and beyond eatable. I’m guessing they tried to melt the cheese onto the tortilla but by doing so that was also burnt so I did not enjoy my order at all. When I tried to call because I was already across town. I could not get through to anyone. Based on my personal experience I would not recommend nor revisit.

Fantasic place that is kinda hidden downtown! They partner with Long Story Coffee, which makes it a fantastic place to get a great cup of coffee and some incredibly fresh food! My kids split the pancakes, which are huge and delicious! The breakfast burrito and biscuits and duck fat gravy were very filling and fresh! It was nice to pick your own table after ordering your food, and the service was fast and helpful! We will definitely be going back sonetime!

We were here visiting our daughter and found this amazing place . Food was amazing. Burrito was pheasant. French toast was unique and delicious.

I'm surprised there are not more reviews commenting on the overall experience at this restaurant but I do see a few. I have now been twice, the first just ordering coffee from Longstory because there was nowhere to sit and you have to just run to a table when you see people leaving. It was during the week. Coffee was good and got it to go.

The second, I went late morning on a Sunday thinking it was just a busy day. The food was pretty good, but wasn't worth waiting for an hour. A friend came in from out of town and we'd thought we'd try out the food but given how chaotic it was to get around, order in two separate lines for food, get someone's attention to ask a question, I probably won't ever be back.

This was our first visit but we'll be back. I was bummed that they were out of French toast, but the biscuit and gravy was delicious ( different than most) and the other dishes were terrific as well....burrito, build-your-own taco, bacon and eggs, coffee. Bloody Mary. All were great and reasonably priced.

Great food, great service, hidden gem in the metro east! Love coming here with my family of 6. Depending on the rush it might take a while to get seated but always worth the wait. It goes without saying that this is my favorite spot to eat after church service every Sunday. I will try to post pictures next time but I'm too excited to eat that I always forget.
