We take a trip here every year from Mississippi. Channel Waterfront Cottages is the only place to stay. The cottages are very clean and comfortable, the grounds are beautifully maintained, and Jose is the greatest host you could ask for. My father-in-law said, "If you stay here and don't think this is the best place ever, then you're an idiot.".... and he meant it! 😎

The owners Stacie and Jose go out of their way to make sure you have the best stay at their cottages. The minute I drove up to this property I knew it was a special place. The surrounding grounds were immaculate and the cottage we stayed in was so clean. The owners work so hard to keep their customers happy and property in pristine condition. The location is perfect on the channel on Lake Winnipesaukee. Their location is simply paradise with a little island complete with bar, picnic tables and outside television for your enjoyment. Pet friendly too. I am writing this review because the owners work so hard and they both deserve an excellent review. We will continue to book there.

We stayed last week in cottage 12. It was so clean and accommodating and cool! Jose made sure the a/c was on for us when we arrived during this heat wave!
We spent a lot of time watching the boats go by in the comfort of our screened porch sitting in the rocking chairs and also down on the island chatting with other guests.
Jose was always friendly as he was puttering around the grounds cleaning and watering. His efforts are reflected in the pristine condition of the property….while also making sure we didn’t need anything and that we were relaxing!
I would definitely recommend Channel Waterfront Cottages for your next stay on the lake! You won’t regret it!

I just returned from three days at the Channel Cottages. I was impressed by every single thing. These formally "old school" cottages (that have nearly disappeared in the past years) have been revived by the owners. Wonderful bedding, pillows, updated cottages with all the conveniences of today. WIFI, Cable TV, kerig coffee maker and updated throughout. The grounds are lovingly cared for by Jose who is on-site plucking, watering and grooming the perfect grounds. A great treat is the little island with a tiki bar feel with TV and sound system that is a quiet and peaceful place to fish and watch the on going boats through the channel. I will defintely go again. A great place if you have "littles" as the water in the cove is quite manageable. If you need a bigger water swim and a Lake Winnie view Endicott State Park is across the street as is all the Weirs Beach activites.|The level of care to these cottages.....painted to perfection was a joy to see and enjoy.

I realized I had been here with my family approx 3 decades ago when I landed upon it. I made a last minute reservation because the other place I was scheduled was not handicapped accessible enough for my limitations. The place is right on a small beach area where I sat or on my screen porch and enjoyed watching all of the boats seagoing by on the channel. It is in close proximity if you choose to leave the property.They welcomed both my pup and myself very graciously . There is a fire pit and grill if you choose to use them. The water was too cold for swimming though.

I absolutely cannot recommend highly enough. We rented 6 cabins for our bridal party the weekend of our wedding, and staying here was truly the highlight of our week. Stacie and Jose went above and beyond for us and were so accommodating to our entire group. Cabins were clean, well maintained and SO cute!

Highly recommend, we will certainly be back!

Just finished our second stay at the cottages and will continue to come back. Amazing location, awesome views - especially from the waterfront cottages. Clean, well maintained, and everything you could need very close by. Also, Jose is the best host! Very responsive, friendly, and helpful which makes the experience even more enjoyable. We look forward to coming back for a third time.

Where do we begin? This is our 12th year staying as guests at Channel Waterfront Cottages. You will not find a better spot on the Lake to stay! We find that we don't like to leave the property from the time we arrive until the time we leave. Whether we are sitting on the island watching the boats go by, floating in the lake at the sandy beach or grilling lakeside, there is no place we would rather be! The property is immaculate and the cottages have everything you need during your stay. It is the perfect spot for families and well as adult weekend getaways. It is the only place our family wants to go on vacation. Speaking of family, Jose', Stacie & their girls have become family! We look forward to our visits with them throughout the Summer. They go above and beyond to make sure our stay is the best possible! We highly recommend Channel Waterfront Cottages....book today, you will not be disappointed.
