If your in the market of a camper just come here and ask for Dustin. This guy LISTENED to everything we had on our list. He brought us to only 3 campers and all of them checked our boxes. He was personable and enjoyable to work with. The entire team after meeting Dustin was just as great. My 5 year daughter felt like an absolute star there.. they all went out of their way to make her enjoy the wait all the way down to the service guys giving her a popsicle and a ball! Truly top notch!

This is the worst place to do business with. Purchased a camper was happy with the experience until it was time for service and nothing was done after 3 weeks. Never a phone call with updates or anything. Then we sold our camper and cancelled our extended warranty and was supposed to get a refund. It's been a month and still no refund. Have spoken to the finance manager, JOSH after 2 weeks of leaving messages and no call backs. Now it's been a week and still no call back stating where our check is. The customer service here is absolutely the worst I've ever experienced. Will update my review if and when I get my refund.

Update: finally got my refund. Emailed corporate office and received a call within a couple days and had refund a couple days after. Doesn't change my opinion of Camping World. 1 bad apple ruins it for the bunch.

My wife and I just bought a pop-up camper from Camping World Braidwood. First, Martin was great!!! We showed up with only an hour left and he was willing to stay late and showed us a bunch of different models of campers without hesitation. He was also great with our 3 kids who were tearing the place up!!! He smiled, laughed, and played with the kids all while talking business. Ben was super helpful with showing us the ins and outs of the different models we looked at. Secondly, I want to give a shoutout to Mason in the service department. Mason went above beyond going through the camper with us before we took it home and took his time to show us the details. He also jumped right on it and came up with an awesome solution to a minor paneling issue that was really cosmetic in the end!! Long story short these guys are great! Buy your camper here.

Our experience with Camping World In Braidwood was great. Our salesman Chris went above and beyond to help us find the camper that fit us perfectly. He showed us many models. He was very knowledgeable. Also made sure that the service dept help us with our hitch needs. The service manager and service dept hooked us up with one of the best hitch setups out there. I will recommend all my friends and family to Camping World In Braidwood for all their Camping and Rv needs. Thank you Chris for above and beyond experience.

Braidwood location is awesome!!! My families experience with salesperson Chris M. was amazing and once Brian stepped in to assist with the financing questions on our trade, their teamwork and willing to working with us on our trade and purchase was very smooth. Anyone with kids knows that taking their children to any dealership is a nightmare but Chris was so awesome he kept them engaged and laughing and made them feel like they weren’t at a dealership hanging out with boring grownups. Lorena who handled our financing was amazing as well. She was super nice to our family and made the paperwork quick and painless.

Walkthrough and Pickup: This was a very thorough process and they showed us all the important functions of the camper. They were very thorough and also very patient and allowed the kids to engage and answered their silly questions.

Overall: A+++ Experience on all fronts! Everyone was great. I also enjoyed being greeted with a smile when you first walked in. The gentleman at the front door was super kind followed by everyone else at the Braidwood location. Anyone seeking out a camper should give them a try.

To those who quickly jump into rating conclusions of a business, I advised you to allow the business a chance to make it right.
Our experiences with this Camping World location were definitely an example of staff cares and go above and beyond to make our
"American Dream" experiences to be memorable by the 2nd tired. We purchased the RV and went on the 1st camping trip on the same day. We ran into some issues with a combination of lack of knowledge and mechanics issues. Needless to said we were not happy and took it back, and talked to the salesman Chris, GM Ben, and Cory, manager of service. They worked on the issues and then had Dan, the service man, walked us through the operation again and answered our questions.
The level of care, acknowledgment, and dedication that the team towarded to us were just what we needed and more.
Chris is a great salesman who cares very much about his customers (he talks a bit too much sometimes 😆 🤣, but he cares and is knowledgeable). Thanks, GM Ben, for making sure your team on the tough notch of their service even when you are busy. You did not overlook small details that make us feel special. Cory and Dan, thank you for taking care of our baby and taking time out to educate us on this unit. Our family was able to enjoy our first even family Glamping this weekend.
I would do business with you again and would recommend our family and friends there.

About a month ago we called about a motorhome in Braidwood which we were told it was out for repair on a window.Britney said she'd call when it came back.Never did.
Called today to verify motorhome was on property which girl who answered said it was. We drove almost 2 hours to get there to be told it wasn't there but in Wauconda. Thank you for wasting our time.
