SUPER SKETCHY! DO NOT RENT FROM! Terrible experience. Called and notified our group rental that they would drop a day off the reserved 3-day rental due to poor weather conditions. Both parties agree to reconnect the next day to review a possible 2-day rental if weather conditions improved. He then calls the next day to ask why we didnt pick up the rental the prior day (that they cancelled), went back against his word said he would be billing for all 3 days as it was our fault for not picking up the rentals AND his "system" would not allow him to refund or change any reservations. We fully canceled the rental due to poor and shady business practices and rented somewhere else (Go to Track Side instead). Boat Sport calls back 45 minutes later now wanting to negotiate "a new deal" and would now (again) honor a 2-day rental and not charge for Friday but we had already gone with another rental place. Next day places a charge against the credit card for thousands of dollars for a 3-day rental and full deposits. Called and they would not discuss details. Talked over us and stated everything was documented, it was their policy and he was entitled to all the money even though no services were rendered. Kept changing his story - flip flopping and didn't keep his word. SUPER SKETCHY! DO NOT RENT FROM!

UPDATE: 100% reserved with Boat Sport under a group reservation - hence why my specific name is not coming up in the "system". This place tried to bill full rentals for 7 sleds. Again, zero accountability from this company. Total joke!

Zero stars if possible. The guy promoting shoreline erosion and invasive species as it’s not a big deal just to make money off of the destruction of our lakes. Anyone that blind to the environmental impact and twist words to monetarily help themselves deserve the worst.

Stopped in with an engine issue. Justin the mechanic diagnosed the problem and had me back on the water an hour later. They were very helpful and explained everything that caused the issue. Would recommend them highly.

If I could leave zero stars I would. My family and I traveled from out of town and figured renting a pontoon be a fun activity for us to do but unfortunately a family emergency came up which made us cancel this reservation, the OWNER was extremely unreasonable and refusing to give any sort of deposit back. The lack of professionalism over the phone from the owner was embarrassing. Will not be using them in the future.

Don't cancel any reservation over the phone. Do it through email. I called to cancel and they told me I would not be charged. Instead they charged me the full rental. At least with email you will have proof.
