Excellent staff. Great buffet breakfast. Dinner is too expensive. Go to raferty restaurant. Nice happy hour at 4. Great shuttle service to the airport. Pool floor needs touch up. Recommend staying on the first floor. Bring your own pillow.

Florence, KY is a normal stopping place for us as we travel up and down I-75. As the Hilton family is our hotel chain of choice, we try to stay at Hilton, Hampton Inn, & Embassy Suites. This trip was the first time we've been able to get a room at this Hilton. While it is clearly an older facility, it is well maintained, clean and well appointed. The staff was more than friendly and accommodating. Our stay here was outstanding. We will return when we are in the area and rooms are available.

We were there for 2 nights, we drove 7 hours to Cincinnati, During the checkin, there was an elderly man at reception, he was rude. When I asked for a different room on another floor. The rooms in pictures and in person are completely different, they are old, not upgraded. The AC dint work. I booked this hotel for a better accommodation. But This doesn’t look like a 4star hotel. Very disappointing, was a waste of money.

Bethany and Craig are an absolute pleasure to speak to at the front desk. Both of them are extremely helpful and showcase true hospitality. I return weekly as does my leadership teams due to the cleanliness, hospitality and food.

My first time visiting this area and choosing this property. Good value for the money spent, room as expected with all amenities for a business traveler, incl speedy WiFi and waters in the room, comfortable beds and bedding. What I don’t get however is just why the staff can’t check when they prepare the room for the next guest, that shower gel, conditioner and shampoo are available - here the conditioner bottle was as empty as it could be - nerving and unnecessary hassle.

Wet wash cloth left in shower. No hot water made for a very jarring shower in the morning. Complained via their messaging service. Never received a reply. I expected better from Hilton and for also being a Diamond. Avoid this hotel as it will only disappoint you.

Great location near many restaurants and airport. This Hilton has a wonderful breakfast. Clean rooms and excellent service at reasonable rates.

I stayed overnight for a work conference. Upon arrival the whole first floor smelled like sewage. The smell gave me headache. The bathrooms by the lobby only had 2 working bathrooms out of five. The room was basic no microwave. The next morning went downstairs check out was fine the lady at the desk was not friendly or at least not friendly to me I seen her being more friendly to other people. I went to get coffee their coffee maker was out of service. So they had hot water containers for tea and coffee containers. I made myself tea because they only had one creamer choice. They do offer breakfast starting at $15, I didn't get breakfast because there was no pork option.
