My experience with Bubba's Boat Rentals was the best experience I have had with a boating company, bar none. From the start the communication was easy and thorough. We rented a 24-foot pontoon for 2 days over the week of the 4th of July and picked it up early morning from Chanticleer. It came with the promised full tank and a tube for tubing. We were missing an anchor, however we had two at the cabin to use. Near the return time on our second day, I asked if there was any way we could rent for an extra day--and they allowed it! Tell me where else will honor that, on the 4th of July?! Thank you Bubba's, we won't be renting from anyone else surrounding Eagle River!!

Beautiful boat! Rented a 24ft pontoon and it was in great condition. Bubba's boats were extremely easy to work with. Dropped the boat off at the cottage and picked it up from same spot. No hassle very satisfied with their service.

We will use their services again if in need in the area!

Bubba Boat Rentals was the best!! Drop off and pick up service was smooth - no worries. They dropped off early and picked up late so we didn’t need to stress over anything. The boat arrived mostly clean and had everything needed for our trip. May be an extra anchor for windy days would help. Plenty of room to lounge on the big pontoon! Ran so smooth smashing waves and strong for tubers! Thanks so much!

just got done with the most greatest week at our island ( 1000) after using Bubba's boat -24 ft pontoon) for skiing- booze cruz- etc! from start to finish- Bubba took care of all steps in making sure our journey were taken care off!! Quality of service and boat were unquestionable !!!! will recommend this company to whomever wants to rent a clean- new workable boat for their vacation!!! Thanks to Bubba and staff!!! can't wait until next year at 1000 island lake!!

This was by far the best boat rental experience I've ever had. The drop-off and delivery alone was a huge bonus, but the pricing was great and the customer service was TOP NOTCH. I also appreciate the ability to reserve online being so simple. Will be renting from here again for sure.

Great customer service! We rented a pontoon for 2 days in June and the weather did not cooperate. Bubba's Boats put our minds at ease by easily canceling the rental and rescheduling us for later in the week. We were not charged a cancellation fee. The boat was beautiful and we had a wonderful time on the water! Thank you!
