This location is in a great area and convenient to many restaurants, stores and gas stations. There was miscommunication on my end an the 3rd party booking.com regarding my reservation. The hotel front desk not only listened to my concerns and gave me information to have it corrected, but did a one time courtesy for my kids and I. The front desk is amazing and I will be reaching out directly to them in the future again when im able to stay. Great customer service and understanding individuals.

Great location, and what I thought would be good value… until I realized no hot water. Advised the front desk at which point they didn’t believe me. Sent someone to the room to check but we were checking out. Zero apologies and no discount on the stay. Asked for a manager to call which never happened.

The staff was awesome, the workers that we encountered were very friendly and always had a smile. We first said we wanted a room on the second floor but when we got into the room the carpet edges were really frayed and the room had a weird oder in it. When i checked out the bathroom it smelled strong of cigarette and something else that we could not figure out and the smell was overwhelming! Also the sink had a large crack in it. We called the front desk and changed rooms. The second room was on the first floor and much better! The second room had a smell when you first walked in but I think that was due to the pool being across from the room. The hotel is across the street from a restaurant called Logans run and the restaurant was great. This hotel is fine for one night, yes it needs some minor fixes but the staff and convenience of location to shops and restaurants make up for that.

Walking through the Door to our room was a distinct musty mildew smell. The room was not clean. Bodily fluids on the bed skirt. Sink had a clog, slow drain. The heater made a knocking noise all night, took out the filter to it and it was filthy. Tv kept going out and was told because it was raining out. Beds were not comfortable at all. Tried the breakfast and it was horrible. Would not recommend this run down place to anyone.

Surprisingly good Best Western with vaulted ceiling room (mine was at least), good A/C, quiet area, comfy beds, clean room, and a neat rounded shower enclosure that I have not seen before. Bathroom is a bit small though. Superb breakfast buffet was included, with beautiful views of their gazebo and courtyard. Great value for the price I paid, would return for sure.

BEWARE !!!!! TERRIBLE!!!!! Do not stay here ! As soon as we walked in to the lobby it had a musty , mildew odor. We stayed in room 122 and when we opened the door we were taken back with foul terrible smell ! There were pee stains on the toilet and a old coffee kcup left in the machine . This room was the worst I've ever seen ! The hallway carpet was " squishy" with water because the ice machine constantly leaking. There were no signs of them trying to dry the area . We would of left asap if we weren't tired from traveling !!! Had to sleep with my shirt over my nose because the smell of the room was making me nauseous! Don't stay here !!! The manager should be ashamed of their establishment, it's unhealthy and should be shut down !!! We couldnt wait to leave that morning . Stay somewhere else!!!!!!

For a “Plus” location, this property lacks… I had reported our coffee machine being visibly broken on day 2 of our stay and had no follow up whatsoever by day 4. The room had no clock, a ripped shower curtain and no towel hooks, no soap dish.
The room was serviced only once and only after I made sure to ask during a 4 night stay and very sparsely… sheets never changed, nothing cleaned, garbage bags changed but overflowing garbage not removed… When this was brought up to the front desk at checkout I was almost called a liar and told our “do not disturb” sign was up all day (which it was not). On day 3 I left the sign on the “maid service please” side as we left for the day. The cleaning staff was still in the hallway moving around and still managed to skip our room completely…
On a positive note, the (latina) lady in the breakfast room was very accommodating and friendly. The breakfast was great!

I really would never stay here again. The room was so damp and malodorous! The room in our first carpet was wet, and the front desk staff swapped us for someone else’s room down the hall who hadn’t checked in yet - we had the exact same issue. We felt like we had no choice but to deal because we were here for a wedding. The only good part of the stay was its proximity to the beach and the breakfast. Otherwise, stay somewhere else.
