They've been very helpful in locating rentals for people who call on my real estate website looking to rent. They've listed some execptional lake homes that have allowed many people to enjoy the best of the Lakes Region. I know Sue Gravelle loves and is expert at her work. They have great cleaning professionals who have also been helful in getting some of lake properties deep-cleaned and ready for sale. They've even helped with errands and have always been very quick, efficient, and more than reasonable in pricing.

Thankfully we chose an agency when we were deciding in a rental property. We had several issues with the property when we arrived. Chrissy with ‘ At The Lake’ went well above and beyond and worked with the owner to resolve some of the issues, and worked out a compromise on some others. I would highly recommend working with this agency. They were understanding of our concerns and worked very quickly to get things resolved.

I've worked with At the Lake Vacation Rentals for three years to rent my lake home during the summer, and the experience has been overwhelmingly positive. They were always (no exceptions) courteous and helpful, working with me to find quick solutions if anything went wrong and being equally quick to get checks to me. My tenants have also said they were happy with this company -- from the rapid response from staff to the overall value of the rental for their money. Staff are fair minded and always try to do the best for both owners and tenants. I highly, highly recommend them. We recently rented a house on Meredith Bay in New Hampshire through this rental management company and were extremely disappointed in the condition of the home they represented. There was clearly no oversight or general quality assurance measurements taken for the property we rented referred to as; 300 Webbed Feet Rental.

Problems included:
The mattress covers and pillow covers had human hair and eye lashes. They have not been cleaned on a regular basis. This is a sanitation issue. One of the bathroom showers was not cleaned from the previous renters, another sanitation issue. The bath mat in the master bedroom had a big dark brown stain on it, disgusting! The bath mat in the third floor bathroom was disintegrating and flaking all over the floor. The master bedroom night stand had a massive amount of used tissues! So gross. The light above the kitchen sink is filled with dead bugs and dirt. Additionally, the gutter above the main entrance was filled with debris to the point that is was overflowing when it rained and created a massive downpour on us as we entered and exited the house.

The house has not had an overall thorough cleaning, sanitized or cleared of clutter from previous renters. This is a reflection of the management company and the cleaning crew. It's disgraceful and made everyone in the house feel uncomfortable.

For 3 years now, I have trusted my vacation rental to "At the Lakes Vacation Rentals" and have never regretted a moment. They have been a great partner and helping me make the most out of my rental and take care of our customers that way I would want if I was on vacation. They have an excellent base of happy and courteous guests and like all rentals, you are never without a couple of surprises but they have managed all of them in a timely, effective manner to keep our guests happy. I wouldn't trust my vacation rental with anyone else.

I had to update my post from 3 years ago. We continue to rent our summer home with At The Lakes Vacation Rentals and if I could give them a rating of 10 stars, I would. With COVID, we were all concerned for everyones safety. The staff at At The Lakes set up protocols and measures for cleaning that made us feel comfortable. Now as the rental season closes, I continue to be appreciative of the respectful communication and management skills of this organization. And it shows with the number of repeat tenants we have each year. We would not rent our home with any other organization.

We own a house on Lake Winnipesaukee and have hired At The Lake Rentals to rent our home.
2020 was our 4th year with them. This year is a summer to remember for many reasons. LOL
We have had a few issues this summer ranging from a new toilet failing to missing items to a weeks old damaged sink getting damaged and a broken bar patio table have shown me how important it is to have a strong professional company to represent you when you’re not able to be present, as our primary residence is 3 hours away. They are a phone call away and do their absolute best to solve problems and kee their tenants and owners happy
