Sunny Brook is my home away from home. I've had the pleasure of being a return guest for 6 years & will keep returning as long as I can! Yes some of the cabins are dated BUT that's the best part. I love that each is unique, welcoming & relaxing. Where else can you get a full amenity cottage with a playground, dog friendly, beautiful brook & great hosts for this price! In my 6 years visiting (multiple times a year) the one issue I had was a blown lightbulb. Never a complaint, never an issue. Owners are very kind, accommodating & understanding. During one stay there was a significant snow storm on check out day, they allowed me to stay a bit longer against their policy as to allow the roads to clear. Bottom line is Sunny Brook is amazing & I'm grateful they are here to allow people like me to come relax & enjoy all that Sunny Brook offers no matter what season I visit during.

Just spent 4 days at this lovely spot. It’s so pretty there that I’ve been visiting there for the past 10 years. Jane and Ken are wonderful hosts. Winter or summer, I’d love to go back soon.

We go every year. We love it! Our cat and dog come with us. The cottages are clean and sooooo cute!!!!! It's so nice to go and relax. We go in October so it's quite. We are close to North Conway if we want to go out to dinner but we usually just go to the store and cook at the cottage. We love it so much!!!!!!

Nice weather and very quiet and peaceful. New market basket opened up in settlers green and sandwiches fresh and superb. Traffic a bit heavy but I have all the shortcuts down to a science now.|Next stay in late July and can't wait to get back. Not too many bugs they must have been sleeping. Lori behaved and was pleasant.

This has been my go to destination every time I need to get away. Whether it's a family trip or a romantic getaway Sunny Brook never disappoints me. The owners are down to earth fantastic people as well. Very charming cottages with fireplace too

We have been staying here for 9 years now since Snowball was born and have come to like it so much that we stay a minimum of 4 to 5 times a year. We like to stay in May, July, August, October and every so often New Years. This charming place is centrally located so we can go almost anywhere in a short period of time. I can't say enough about the owners Ken and jane for all they do when we come up here and i am sure they do the same for everyone who stays here. I have all my reservations made for the 2024 season and am looking forward to the opening of the new Market basket at Settlers green in Town just a short distance away.

Absolutely the best stay in New Hampshire ! Cottage was immaculate. With the decor and Fire place it made us feel at home. I Would definitely recommend these cottages. Can’t wait to return. Such beautiful scenery outside with the Brook and peaceful trail was absolutely an overall perfect getaway for us !

My partner and I are preparing for our second trip to stay in Swift Brook Bend! It's a lovely bungalow for two, and the owner is great. The expectations for guests are very reasonable, and as people who have also worked in service, we appreciated the level of wit in that little book. I have a feeling we'll be back just about whenever we need a break from daily life.
