Aqua Inn was a wonderful place to stay. The inn is beautiful and the grounds are lovely. We came with our two kids. My 6 year old daughter and I enjoyed the yoga! We also were able to walk to Lake Sunapee, which was a highlight! Rudi and Jen were great hosts and Rudi even played the bagpipes for the kids! Highly recommend.

I have stayed at this quaint inn a few times and have enjoyed each experience and I can’t wait to get back there for another weekend away. The magical garden is the perfect spot to relax and read a book. I love the unusual decor, the large rooms with whirlpool tubs, the hot English style breakfast, the delicious meals and the lively conversation around the fire or dining table in the evening. Our hosts, Jen and Rhudi, are engaging hosts and go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. They organized a yoga class at the top of Mtn Sunapee and an evening cruise on Lake Sunapee. This a gem of a place! I highly recommend it.

Aqua Inn and Spa is a great place to stay! The gardens and stream are wonderful. Very close to Mount Sunapee for skiing or hiking. I loved walking across the street to eat at the Irish pub. There is also a ski rental shop right across the street. Jen and Rudi are excellent hosts! I would definitely stay here again.

I have actually stayed here several times, the first time was five years ago with my then teenaged daughter - we loved the décor, hospitality and meals. Since then, I have been back annually as I love the location, the hosts and, truth be told, the gardens. Unique, cozy, charming and delicious. Thank you, Jen and Rudi - see you both soon.

My daughter and I spent two nights at Aqua Inn & Spa. The hospitality was beyond compare. Jen & Rudi are two of the most interesting and nicest people I have met.||I was excited to see the fall foliage but our timing was not quite right to be at the peak of the season. Regardless, when out driving, Rudi and Jen pointed out spots of color and even took a short detour to show us a panoramic view. ||The meals were delicious and the exact right proportions. They accommodated the timing based on the day's activities and even people's preferences or nutritional needs.||The bed was very comfortable and there was filtered water in the room. The sky room is huge and the two lower levels rooms have large soaking tubs.||The views were amazing in their backyard sanctuary. Do yourself a favor and walk around there a bit or just sit and listen to the babbling brook...yes, they have a babbling brook in their backyard.

I came and stayed super last min. I was in desperate need of some self care. Literally the day I message about a stay and they helped make it work and I was on my way within a couple hours. The flexibility and their hospitality to host me was amazing. I stayed a week as a retreat type guest. They didn’t have the yoga option because it wasn’t scheduled for that week, but they went above and beyond to make it therapeutic and relaxing. Rudi took me kayaking and for a walk on the bogs. Jen made the most amazing meals throughout the day. They arranged a boat ride for me in lake Sunapee. The amenities they offered was wonderful. Message, a salt room, a sauna, cute quiet places throughout the property to escape and unwind. Even the opportunity to get to know them and talk to them was therapeutic. I will cherish my stay with Jen and Rudi always. Clearly I highly recommend staying here.

Rudi and Jenn are two of the wisest and most travelled people that I have met in my life.

Looking for an escape from the city for the 4th of July holiday, I found the Aqua Inn---ideally located in close proximity from the Lake and Mountain, with a stream running right next to it. While the rainy weather made planning hikes difficult, Rudi and Jenn went out of their way to give me everything I wanted in terms of experiencing Mt Sunapee.

I will cherish most the talks we had about life, people and time, of which Rudi and Jenn have seen a lot of. They lend more proof to the fact that it is the people we meet in life that make it that much more wonderful.

We did the "round robin" spa experience (sauna/massage/salt room). It was great! The owners are lovely and interesting. The place is clean and homey. Great opportunity for a couple.
