Wife & I stayed here on an anniversary getaway. Very clean and quiet. Didn't use the pool. Unit was very clean but I would say very minimally decorated and appointed. It was listed as able to sleep 4 people which you could do on a fold-out sofa and the master bedroom, but it'd be tough to seat all those people unless you used the dining room furniture as well as the couch.

First of all, Marty and her staff are amazing. Marty works 7 days a week and bust her butt for her guests. We had several issues while staying (ants in bathroom and kitchen, broken slider letting air in, black mold on floor), but made sure to bring it to her attention. She sent ladies to clean and address the issues promptly. Our beds were comfy, AC cold, showers hot! Beach is close, nice breezeway on ground floor, but rooms definitely need some TLC. This place has huge potential, but the owners don’t seem to care. If you’re looking for location, this is your place.

First of all let me start by saying this is not the Ritz. you get an old Florida field from this place very clean the rooms they are spacious and the view is out of this world mind you this is more like an apartment than a hotel it comes with all the amenities to cook a meal with a frigerator. The staff greets you every morning with smiles and are always asking if you need anything to accommodate you. We loved it and will definitely be back

Selected Anna Maria Island because it had beautiful beaches and no high rise hotels. More like old school beach resorts of the 60s. The Dream Inn has a good view of the beach which is right in front of the room. Adequate restaurants on outdoor dining are along the beach. Very reasonable rates.

First of all forget the bad reviews. Maybe they were having a bad day and had nothing better to do than talk bad about a great place. Just look at the pics and you'll see all there is . I wasn't expecting much based on those bs reviews I read. But I figured how can u go.wrong it's on the beach. I took my wife dad and mom for a night in Aug. As soon as your done checking in you are right at The pool. The pool is awesome and just walk a little farther and the beach is right there. The one bedroom beach view room was spacious, clean and neat. Staff is greAt and friendly. We were all pleasantly surprised based on some of the crappy people's bad reviews. Thanks ladies!

Anna Marie Island was really great the piers,ports,and all the waterways. The Skyway bridge was really awesome if your ever in south Florida it is a must to see. Just West of Bradenton Fl.

If I could give zero stars I would.
We booked with AMI Dream Inn for spring break (Easter weekend). I contacted the the Inn prior because I did not believe there were enough beds for 6 people. I was correct. I then went online, after speaking with the manager and booked 2 rooms for my family. Bernard, at that time told us if we wanted the beach, not to book at the villas across the street. That was it. We got there and even though I booked 2 rooms, they placed 1 in the Dream Inn and one down the road at another location. I was very disappointed and tried to discuss. Bernard had no time, nor did he really care. He told me to find somewhere else to stay. We got into the room and I went to look outside towards the beach (the only reason we booked here) and found the sliding glass door completely cracked from Top to bottom, and starting to web out in multiple places. I called Bernard and he said, obviously you don't want to stay here maybe you should find somewhere else. I would have, but it was Easter weekend. There was no were else to stay. The next day Bernard contacted me to let me know one of the owners was there and would like to talk to him. I said yes and when I went to talk to the owner, Bernard said, sorry he is too busy and has other more pressing issues with rooms. I was livid. Bernard had no class, did not care and could not or would not give me the number of the owners. He also said he had no power to even discount my room even though the door was not usable. I would stay clear of this place. The cleaning staff was the only bright spot, besides the beach. It is very outdated, the pictures on the website of the rooms are not actually what you get. We paid over $400 a night for each room.

Update from below response (5/8/24). If you do not like my post and do not believe it, I encourage you to go and try the place out. The items Bernard referenced below are indeed the opposite of what happened but everyone is entitled to their own opinion. I will say this. 1) I hope they fix the website so when you book you know exactly what room you are getting and where, currently not happening. 2) It should not matter when we booked but it was almost 2 weeks before we arrived. 3) I have photos of the sliding door I am happy to post. 4) my sons came to chat with Bernard because their mother was crying and upset. They did not apologize for my behavior they wanted to know what he said that made me cry. They also said, Bernard was rude until a staff member came into the office and then his tone changed. 5) The following day, I went to the staff in the laundry area and apologized for any inconvenience I or my sons caused. They actually said they wished more kids stood up for their mom like they had for me and they were impressed. They also said they understood why I was frustrated. Take that for what it is worth. I hope someday to hear from the owners but since I have no idea how to get ahold of them, that may never happen. Happy vacationing to all.

Beautiful rooms for cheap prices. We stayed in two separate rooms and they were both fantastic. We had a wonderful view of the beach (way less crowded than Holmes beach), A full kitchen, two bathrooms, two whole bedrooms, and spacious room throughout it all. We honestly couldn't believe the price! If you are traveling with your family then I urge you to go stay at the Dream Inn.
