Beautiful and unique days at the Mainsail Beach Inn – there’s truly nothing better! Despite the visible and noticeable effects of the hurricane, we had such an amazing and heartfelt stay. The staff was exceptionally warm and welcoming! We can’t recommend it enough! Thank you for everything!

My room was on the inner part. My bed was next to what had once been an exterior window. During the night kids were chasing each other bashing into the window. The noise was horrible. Staff said there was nothing they could do since it was after hours. The window should have been removed and better sound diminishing materials used.

This vacation stay was wonderful. Only 12 units, beautiful unit, right on the beach, umbrellas and beach chairs provided. Parking is limited but a plan can be worked out. We were on a girl's trip and the location was perfect!!! So relaxing! The beach, the pool, the hot tub with a community grill were great amenities! Great restaurants nearby, one high end restaurant is walkable.

First time at this rental. We were blown away by the attention to detail in the unit and at the entire property. Extremely clean, all you would ever need or want. The location is in on a quiet street. Literally steps to the beach from your door. Umbrellas and ample lounge chairs provided for the beach, beach towels provided. Free for use are several kayaks and stand up paddle boards. Bikes on property available. Pool was lovely, very clean with cozy lounge chairs. Staff of Rhoda and Matt were both pleasant, helpful, hard working and made us feel well taken care of and safe. Our room was beautifully furnished, well laid out, quiet, had any thing we needed. 10 out of 10! Can not wait to return to this gem!

We loved our stay at the Main Sail Inn. Rhoda and Matthew made our family of 10 feel so welcome - they were always smiling and helpful, they really cared and wanted to make sure we had a great stay - and we definitely did. We stayed in #12 and every thing was beautiful - really beautiful decorating and lots of room. The photos of the place on line are true. The pool was great and the beach is just steps away. Thanks so much and we'll def be back again !

The team at Mainsail never disappoints. They go above and beyond for their guests every time. This property is right on the beach and very convenient for those looking for a spot with all the amenities. We visit multiple times per year and will be back!!

Great resort. Comfortable condo with all the things like a dishwasher, coffeemaker, washer and drier. Great water pressure. Air conditioning worked well. Comfy beds. Quiet part of the beach with plenty of room to spread out and take in some rays. Matt and Rhoda at the front desk were so kind and readily available for any needs that came up.

Our trip was beyond perfect!!! Unit 1 was steps to the beach, the patio so cozy, luxury beds, amazing views from inside/outside, included so many essential needs, fully equipped kitchen, plush robes, rain shower in master bath, and so much more. The cleanest place I've stayed on AMI. We were treated like royality by the management. I've been going to the island for 30+ yrs, and this unit made this the most blissful trip ever!!!
