Tastefully decorated, wonderful updates, comfortable furniture and beds, everything labeled, lots of dishes and cooking equipment, extremely clean, 3 large smart televisions, right on the beach, excellent heated pool, property maintained and could hardly tell they are recovering from 2 hurricanes. We would go back in a heartbeat! One issue with my grandson locking the food pantry/entryway closet on Monday and not getting help until Thursday. It was New Year's Eve and New Year's Day in between but we couldn't access our food or the broom to sweep up sand. The maintenance guys were extremely helpful and worked to rectify the issue. It would be nice to have someone respond even during holidays. Loved the place! 5 stars for sure!

We were suppose to stay at a different location but that property manager notified us on the road that it wasn’t ready! She said she would try to find another place beachfront but wasn’t sure she could. Thankfully she found one through Island Vacation Properties! There were a few complications with the other property manager transferring our payment to Island Vacation Properties but we were kept apprised of the situation by Island Vacation Properties and once it was worked out they sent us our check in information. They were easy to work with and we booked for next year with them!

The condo was amazing even better than the photos, had everything we needed and more. The stairs are a lot but we managed, but an elevator would be a plus, I am sure it would be difficult to add based on the building structure. It is not wheelchair accessible. The convenience to other things on the island was perfect. I will rent this unit again and I will recommend to others. Thank you for a wonderful vacation experience!

Very clean place, very close walk to the beach, little outdoor space but it does have chairs on the side, south of the island so not a lot of restaurants around. We rented bikes as we did not have a car, to get around but used the trolley.

Lovely beach front condo. Screened balcony overlooks the beach and is delightful. Nicely appointed unit...my third stay there and booked for 2024. IVP staff top notch and responsive to any issue quickly.

We stayed at 2405 Avenue B. It was very clean, the bed was comfy and the kitchen had everything has everything you need. My husband and I loved the location and the convenience of hopping on the trolly. Every day we went and explored the entire Island and beaches! The shopping center is a 15 minute walk with lots of shopping and restaurant options. The beach was only 2 blocks away and the bay was 1 block. Spectacular sunrises and sunsets! Booking with island vacations was very easy via the website and the app for all of the necessary information needed for the week. Looking forward to staying on the Island again!

My wife and I stayed in a 1 bedroom unit near Holmes Beach. The unit was cleaned, well equipped with beach vacation items and a heated pool. The hole building only has 6 units with adequate parking. The access to the beach was across the street and we can see the gulf from our unit. We loved this unit so much, we have secured it for 2024!

We stayed at four beach lovers 2. Great beachfront bungalow, great location. Walgreens is right down the road as well as restaurants and Publix. The area is quiet too.
We were able to check in early which we really appreciated as I too feel 4 pm is late for check in, especially after a long day of travel. The bungalow was clean, lots of cooking essentials, bath towels, there are beach chairs but selection of umbrellas not great, we ended up buying a better one at Walmart, our only real issue was the king mattress, it was horrible, old, it was sunken in a few spots, we tried the sleeper sofa only to discover it was worse, we ended up going to Walmart and buying a mattress topper, which helped. Thank you Ivp for reimbursing us for the mattress topper. We will book a property w you guys again, maybe not unit 2 🙁 but 1 looked great and hopefully has a newer/better mattress.
