1. Our room floor was covered in food upon check in, including garbage behind the emptied garbage can. I went to the front desk and requested the room be vacuumed, was told housekeeping was gone but they’d ask maintenance to do it and they were due to arrive any minute. It took almost 2 hours for him to come and when we returned to the room only a 4 sq foot area had been cleaned, there was still food everywhere. ||2. My son stepped on a LARGE fish hook that was on the floor left from a previous guest. Had the room been properly cleaned that would have very likely been discovered while vacuuming.||3. Shower did not work correctly. Very difficult to get water to come through shower head and when it did it was one stream out the middle with a mist coming from the remainder of the head. ||4. Shower was full of black mold.||5. Bathroom outlets did not look to be installed properly and did not work.||6. Pool noise in the rooms is insane. If you want to get any sleep before 11pm do not let them put you in a pool view room. ||||We ended up checking out a day early and staying somewhere else. The front desk staff member was helpful with that and assured me we wouldn’t be charged for the 2nd night. Management wasn’t working so I was unable to speak with a manager. I also took photos of the floors, fish hook, and mold.

Positive: I loved the location. The hotel is old but our room was updated and quite large which was a nice surprise. They could use some detail on cleaning. There was a stain on the sheet, a stain on the blanket, and a pile of dust on the headboard . Negative: Just needs a detail to the cleaning. Dust in the vent, a noticeable amount, dust on the nightstand and headboard. The pool area was nice but pretty chilly.

Picked this hotel for the awesome looking pool. When we walked by and saw of filthy the pool was we never even used it. Very disappointed. The bathtub had a no slip mat glued to the base and was just as dirty as the pool was. The free breakfast was sad. They give you one prepackaged microwave sandwich. Some yogurt, cereal, muffin and bread.

Very dirty room and made them change to a different room which was a bit better but still dirty! Second room smelled like cigarette smoke too. Very uncomfortable bed. Breakfast was okay but we've had better at other places. Pool water was cold. Hot tub was full with a lot of kids who were not supervised. Been sitting in the lobby for almost an hour and the receptionist is on her cellphone chatting that isn't work related. And watching videos on her cell as I can hear her. It's like hello if you're bored go clean some rooms! Do not recommend this hotel at all!!!!

Very disappointed in this hotel! The hotel boasted on their website about their fantastic restaurant, but when I arrived, it was closed and doesn't open except on weekends! The A/C and Heating unit in my room ran all night long and was very loud! The morning breakfast consisted of nothing more than a SINGLE Jimmy Dean store-bought microwaveable sandwich, cold cereal, and milk, juice, and coffee. Nothing else. The fitness center onsite also consisted of a SINGLE treadmill in a darkened room which was not very appealing. The pool area was made for children as it's a play park with kiddie slides. It is not for adults at all. I was very disappointed by this hotel and would NOT recommend it all!

The staff were ok they just all seemed to be unhappy or not really friendly. They weren't rude just didn't really say hi or care if they were there or not. The breakfast was not good it is just breakfast sandwiches you heat in microwave, cereal,toast,pancakes from a machine. No fruit or bagels. I wasn't expecting a big fancy breakfast but some eggs and sausage would have been nice. It was overall clean and a nice location. The pool area was great but definitely loud if you get a room overlooking the pool. Also no elevator if you stay on the second floor you will have to carry all your things up stairs.

We were in town for a funeral for my father. Our stays were one of the best stays we have had in a long time.Excellent staff, from the breakfast attendant, front desk staff and housekeeping. The beds were comfortable rooms were clean and great pool amenities.|| We will definitely book again.

Don’t let the photo of the pool fool you.

This place is an absolute dump. Our room was filthy. Room door didn’t lock. The dirty coffee maker is on the counter directly next to the toilet. Shower didn’t drain. Hair all over the shower and vanity. Carpet had sticky stains. The chair had huge dark stains. Bathroom ceiling consists of porous ceiling g tiles. Classy rubber mat on the tub floor to cover prior damage.

Pool was dated and dangerous. Basketball hoops in the pool were falling apart and didn’t have nets. Hot tub is a bacteria trap. The parking lot condition should have been an indicator of the overall disrepair.

We forfeited our second night and went elsewhere. No refund and we were still happy to leave.
