I applied for an international drivers permit, walk in, took less than 15 minutes and I was already out of the door with my permit/book!

Remember to bring 2 passport photo. You can also download the application form from AAA website or you can fill it out at their desk. Fee cost is $20 and permit is good for 1 year.

Third month in a row I have not been able to get through to customer service to ask about my policy and pay a bill. I have complained and yet I'm still on hold for almost 2 hours now and unable to reach a representative. Please fix your phone lines this is ridiculous!! Also, no online portal to check or pay bills? Are we in the stone age? Get it together.

If you are thinking about AAA for road side assistance forget it. Again they left us out in the cold of 10 degree, could not get in touch with they tried for two hours. Got home and called central office and we there talked to nasty not willing to help. Been trying to call for the passed hour to cancel our membership
