My 10-year-old son and I had a blast! They came and picked us up from our hotel in Fairbanks! Our driver was kind, knowledgeable, and entertaining.

There is a small building in which we began our adventure! Coffee, cookies, water, and tea were provided. Gain some knowledge about what is to come and what to expect.

We enjoyed the beautiful mountain views as we made our way down to the dogs and sleds. As the sleds were being prepared, my son and I walked around and petted some of the dogs. They were all so friendly, and it was obvious how much they love to pull the sleds. They all just barked and howled in anticipation!

Once on the sled, the guide was giving information about the dogs, mushing and racing. We stopped a couple of times, and he even took my phone along with another's phone to take pictures of the pups and of us!

We ended the trip back in the original building to warm up with more cookies and drinks. I highly recommend this Arctic Winter Adventure!

Cannot recommend it enough!
Matthew and Jeremiah were amazing sled drivers, and let us get to know the dogs too.
Peggy in the yurt was also extremely sweet, helping us shelter from the cold immediately after the ride.
If I ever come back to Anchorage, I'm going sledding with them again for sure.

The dog sledding experience was nice. I definitely learned a few things. Matthew was our musher and he was a great guide. The experience was followed by a great salmon dinner inside a yurt. Unfortunately, cloud cover prevented us from seeing some Northern Lights. But I can't complain about the service or the company. I really enjoyed my night here.

Everything about this tour was fantastic. Joseph, our tour guide/driver was very friendly. He was eager to answer all of my questions about Alaska and about dog sledding. He had lots of fun stories to share as he drove. The dog sledding experience was amazing. Everyone was very knowledgable. They answered any and all questions. They were friendly. They did not rush us. We were able to spend time with the dogs before riding the sleds which was my favorite part! Overall this was an experience I will never forget.

What a great experience! Fortunately, we had a beautiful weather morning which made our 10:30 a.m. booking even better.
We booked online a few days in advance and then called about changing the time of day. They were accommodating and friendly both on the phone and in person!
The dogs were happy to see us, and the sled ride itself was fun. I mean, seriously, look at these dogs! How can you not have fun when they're pulling you around in the snow!

I had such a great time meeting the pups and Matt was a fantastic guide during our trip! The views were astonishing and so beautiful. They provided a blanket during the ride and cookies and hot chocolate after. A perfect way to see Alaska, and if you’re looking to see its natural, serene beauty…it starts right here! I took beautiful videos but they won’t download on here. But the views were incredible!

We did the Aurora Borealis Viewing. The lights did not make an appearance, too many clouds, but understandable, the weather is unpredictable. Unfortunately, it also started to rain a lot and there was only enough room in the two yurts for a little over half our tour group as they overbooked themselves. Our “tour guide” was beyond dismal as well. She spent five minutes trying to tell us about the pipeline, but couldn’t answer even the simplest of questions about it. She spent the rest of the ride there and the entirety of the ride back chatting with the driver (who didn’t work for the company) and playing games on her phone. The language both the driver and tour guide used and some of the stories they were telling were beyond inappropriate as well. I would have appreciated at least some actual “guide” talks such as facts about the northern lights, the stars in the area, basically anything remotely relevant to our tour. They also cut our tour short by almost an hour, with no explanation or apology.

Very nice outdoor viewing area. Three heated yurts are available for guests to warm up. The restrooms are indoor outhouses. Water and hot beverages are provided.
