By far the best Taxi service in the Fond du Lac area, coming from Chicago this is by far the most friendly taxi service as they have excellent service and always ALWAYS on time with cheap fares for their services … I have to point out one driver and her name is Jen… she is super cool and always there when I need her like the entire staff but she is absolutely AMAZING and a great asset to the company. Ritchie and Tony are also class acts and make your ride fun… can’t go wrong with this service! Highly recommend!

Hometown Taxi is my go-to taxi service in Fond du Lac. Richie always goes above and beyond to schedule rides, show up on time and make sure all individuals arrive safe. I appreciate the accountability he takes when a day is not going as planned. I always have peace of mind that all the individuals I schedule a ride for will be well taken care of because this company truly cares for the individuals they work with.

The lady who answered the phone was rude and hung up on me without asking my address when I said yes that time works then my other half calls her back later and at the time she said was going to be the next available time and she answers the phone and while he's giving the address all she's doing is saying sir sir sir what time and he says now then she says they wouldn't have an available time till a hour or two later. She was rude and she lied.

While driving in Fond du Lac Hometown taxi cut me off. I approached the man at the light. Not very professional. I would not trust this company to drive you as their driving skills are less than safe.

I have a bus at 6:33 today, firstly was searched cab in google so I found quality cab I call them for cab at 6 am in morning but they told me that we don’t have available cab on 6 I can do 6:30 for you so I say no after found hometown service and who’s person I was talk with him was nicely talking with me and the quality cab guy he talking like in lazy mood so I was talking with hometown service yesterday that I need cab at 6 am on time and the guy told me don’t worry cab be on time and they did also and the lady she is so nice she came at 5:55 am early I’m really happy with them service I highly recommended 👍

I have tried getting a hold of called 3 times, lastc eeek on jan 2nd just went to voice mail. Left messages 3 times 2 different days called again now on jan 6 at 2am now the mailbox is full I have two different doctors on Tuesday jan 7th and Wednesday jan 8thnd Wednesday it's 2am they said they were open 24 hours.

Drivers do not stop at atop signs then will drive on your ass go into a turn lane just to flip you off then drive straight through the stop light
