Good large credit union with a few drive through lanes and plenty of parking. Clean inside. The teller I dealt with was super friendly. And they have a self service change counting machine for CU members.

Friendly service. I'm updating my review because I've always been treated exceptionally well at this location. I do not frequent a branch location often at all, only if I need assistance with something I can not accomplish online. I went in today to get assistance with a question I had. Brook was amazing! It turns out that I could only rectify the issue at a location that I do not enjoy visiting, due to the service not being as good. Brook took the time to make certain everything was in order at the other location so my trip there will be as painless as possible. All the employees at the Juneau location go out of their way to truly make you feel like a member of the Credit Union and not just another number. Brook especially is phenomenal!

Lady in drive thru seems very rude and like I did something wrong when I’m just trying to put some money into my account. Not friendly at all.

Impossible to make person to person contact. Need had to jump thur so many hoops to do business with any business. 🤬
