Driver turned the meter off and charged me $18 for a 2 mile ride. He wasnt even wearing a seatbelt the whole time and was on his phone while driving. Would not recommend👎🏻

Very poor service, I needed to get to the train station in Milwaukee and told them I needed them here at 2pm. Called to ask where they were and was put on hold, they called back 20 min later told them to forget it because I called UBER and they were here in 10min. Call someone else

Honestly, if I could give 6 stars… I would!! Simply put the wonderful man who has license #372 saved my friend and I from a field in the middle of nowhere Wisconsin. POV it’s 1:30 am and you’ve been trying to get an Uber home from a concert for 2 HOURS already… with no luck! So we gave yellow cab co op a call and got connected with this humble, kind, generous, and safe man. He communicated clearly with us every step of the way and made sure that we got home safe with a fair price. All with great conversation and a friendly attitude! The cops strait up left didn’t care what happened to us … but not yellow cab co op. And for that you get 5 stars.

Very bad service!
I took a taxi from the Milwaukee airport for a distance of 7 min (W Layton Ave) . The driver turned off the meter counter and charged me 38$.

I will never in life call nor refer anyone to this awful cab service. I was told ten minutes and when I called back to check the status of the ride. The keep putting me on hold until I hung up and gave up. They need to close and never open. They don't deserve not one star nor the peoples money.
The star I was forced to add an order to post my review, should be taken off.

Over the past year or more Yellow cab does not come to my house or any place where I need a cab. The operator will say a cab will be on the way but never shows nor do they call stating a cab has been assigned. I would call back to check on my ride order and it’s always no cab in the area. That is very poor customer service and if they no longer provide services in certain areas they should state so. I have witnessed yellow cabs in my area so I wonder why. But I guess it’s a new time now where Lyft’s and Uber have taken their business.

Took my vehicle in for service and another customer and I agreed to share a cab home since we were both going the same way. Waited on hold for 30 minutes while the recording kept saying the wait to speak to a "dispatcher" was 5 minutes.
Eventually got through and made out request. An hour later, and no cab yet, I called back and waited on hold for almost 45 minutes until a human picked up. The "dispatcher" told me that none of the drivers had "taken" the fare yet.
The other customer's inspection was done by that time and, after he set up an appointment to get the work that was needed for his vehicle, we both left the shop in his truck.
I saw one Yellow Cab the whole time, and it drove right past our location.
Never calling these guys again.
