The place is crawling with cockroaches. When I told the management about it they tried to pretend that they didn't know about it. Tried to offer me a different room which I checked out and found more cockroaches so they said that I can either take the room or leave with a refund . They knew the it's infested with cockroaches but tried to pretend that it was something new that they didn't know about yet they tried to spray the room with bug killing spray and say that it will be ok cuz that will take care of it.

Hands down worst of the worst. They rely on the local jail to recieve customers thru 5day vouchers to feed the roaches they deny having. Very rude family that runs this place as well as lazy . They work in pajamas and sleep.until noon

Hot tub in room is amazing! Owner was very helpful and nice!! Enjoyed our view if the river out our window!

I regret to say that my stay at this inn was utterly disappointing. The shower was infested with black mold, emitting a nauseating smell that permeated the entire room. To make matters worse, the stench of cigarette smoke lingered, leaving an unpleasant odor in the air. Additionally, the presence of cockroaches added an unwelcome element of discomfort to an already dismal experience. I cannot in good conscience recommend this establishment to anyone seeking a clean and pleasant accommodation.

Breakfast apparently only offered when there is a full house. No daily housekeeping. The front desk isn't manned during the night. The rooms were recently renovated but the rooms do still smell faintly of cigerette smoke from years past. The room I had was otherwise fairy clean with a nice view of the river. The bed was super comfy. The parking lot is in desperate need for repaving. It's within walking distance of Fort's downtown. Pretty quiet hotel. It was overall a decent "just okay" kind of hotel, certainly not in the bottom half of bad hotels in the area.

|Liked · My second floor inside-access room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Larger room with 2 sinks, mini-fridge, and microwave. 2 bottles of water and a chewy granola bar (free!) were a nice touch! Pretty close to The Fireside Theatre where my son was performing. Was about $20 cheaper than other nearby hotels.||Disliked · The parking lot pavement looked a little rough, so first impression wasn’t stellar. Front desk staff was getting ready to leave, had left a note on the phone to call for assistance, so I was glad I showed up when I did, she was very friendly though. Rooms could stand to be updated, a large blanket served as the bedspread, which was a little odd. No outlets near the bed for phone charger, but that’s fairly common with older hotels. No coffee maker! It wasn’t mentioned in the booking info, but I just assumed everywhere but Vegas puts a coffee maker in the room, so that wasn’t great. But as I said, it was clean with a comfy bed, and good water pressure in the shower, so it was good for the price paid.

Our room was updated and clean. You can tell it is an older building because it shows its age around the edges. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well. Having 2 sinks in the room is a nice bonus not usually seen. They had a simple continental breakfast, I think it is only offered on weekends. I would definitely stay there again if needing a hotel in Fort Atkinson.

It is an older hotel with some minor repair issues. However, we were led to our room by the nice man who checked us in. The room, though older, was clean and had nice amenities like a micro/fridge combo, and an additional sink outside of the bathroom.The beds were VERY comfortable. I would have given it another star, but when we returned back at night, though we had fresh towels, the beds were not made.
