Stayed in mobility accessible room which was spacious for using electric scooter. Comfortable beds but like all hotels the beds are high and difficult to get into. The room was very clean.

The breakfast room is spacious and comfortable. The staff was helpful. We enjoyed using the room for working on paper crafts one evening.

The Holiday Inn Express and Suites in Ft Atkinson, WI has recently been totally updated. It is not only beautiful with clean, comfortable rooms and a delicious, hot breakfast, but has a truly friendly and helpful staff who will make sure your stay is perfect. The location is also close to the Fireside Dinner Theater for a perfect evening out.

Room was absolutely fine. Staff did not prepare breakfast as they were running about 45 minutes late and we needed to leave. No communication when food would be available. Had to leave for an event at the 45 minute mark AFTER breakfast was supposed to be served and they were just setting food out. Had to pay extra for breakfast offsite. I had factored a hot breakfast into the cost of the hotel when booking which was not provided. We did not see any other staff members attempting to help with breakfast. We did see several staff members including the on duty manager and they saw us waiting in the dining area and nothing was said. Very disappointed.

I signed in two days before my arrival online and made two requests. I asked for a room as close to the pool as possible and also for extra pillows. The room we were given was on the top floor at the very end of the hall, as far from the pool as they could get, and there were no extra pillows in the room. I also know that that room wasn't the closest to the pool available because I witnessed two other guests get rooms on the 1st and 2nd floors after we checked in. I also had to re-register when we arrived. It was as if no one even checked my pre-arrival check-in.

Hotel rooms are comfortable and clean. Continental breakfast is good and consistent. Holiday decor is very inviting and well organized. Recently remodeled and attentive staff. Overall, I’d highly recommend and will book again in the future.

Stayed here for a quick one night stay for a morning business meeting in town. Check in was smooth—front desk staff friendly and Platinum Elite status was recognized. Points were deposited into the account as the welcome amenity. ||The room was spacious and clean and was fitted with the modern Holiday Inn Express furniture. The bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean.||Breakfast was the typical spread for this brand and the staff was very friendly. Overall, a comfortable stay and no complaints. Would recommend this property if you are in the area.

My daughter and I were invited to a continental breakfast on Christmas morning this past year of 2024. The beautiful entryway was decorated in the Christmas spirit, welcoming guests. Steve and his wife were friendly conversationalist,and informative about sharing stories about their lives. Breakfast was fresh and hot, and the cinnamon rolls were FANTASTIC!
