Reception area a bit cold and rude but the nurse was GREAT!! Doctor on the other hand was totally not a people person. Never looked at your face-to-face always kept his head down And very monitored speaking And very monitored speaking. BUT they did their job and once paperwork was filled out it was quick!

Worst healthcare facility I've ever been to. Went for a physical for a new job and was told they had my immunization records. As an RN one year out of nursing school I thought they could have been sent to nearby states in case of need for clinical in surrounding areas. When I got into the office I was told I was in the Wisconsin immunization record because I'd been to a Wisconsin healthcare facility before. I explained the situation to the receptionist and told her I'd been to Wisconsin twice in my life and neither time went anywhere near a healthcare facility. She argued with me and told me I had like she knew me and my whole life. Then I waited an hour in the waiting room where no one came and went. When I got back to the doctor he told me I had no immunization record and the sheet she showed me showed that I was in need of all of those immunizations. I explained to him that I called and asked about needing it sent there and was told I didn't need it. The physician asked me if I could get my records and I told him it was not possible. My pediatrician needed 3 weeks for the inquiry and I was told they had it up to date so I didn't set that into motion. After the physical I was calling all possible places that could have had my records and when I went to talk to the receptionist she scolded me and told me I had another appointment at another facility. I told her I was trying to locate my records and she laughed and told me to leave to get to my strength test. I was laughed at and scolded for hours in which should have been a 15 minute appointment. It was all their fault and they continued to make me feel about an inch tall. Worst place ever.
