Our visit was in January, so certainly off-season, but we had a very nice stay. The communication before, during, and after was amazing. They are very attentive. Our suite was on the 3rd floor. The room was cozy, clean, and comfortable. We will definitely try to get back during the summer months for direct access to the beach and activities.

Staying at 935 Ocean while the snow fell outside was a truly beautiful experience. The check-in process was great, and the 935 Ocean team was attentive and helpful throughout my stay. The rooms are stunning, featuring a wonderfully comfortable bed that makes it hard to leave. I especially appreciated the addition of the Muse Apothecary products, which added a nice touch to my getaway. I cannot wait to come back again.

We stayed here in Sept 2024, in an Oceanside Room with Kitchenette (#203). It seems like the property was relatively recently redone. Everything seemed quite new. Room looked just like pics online. Checking in is done via text and keypads/codes on doors. The staff is only there during the day, I believe, though everyone we encountered was very nice and helpful. The bed was Very Comfy! Bathroom is pretty small, but at least they had shelves on the wall near the sink to put your things on. AMAZING water pressure in the shower. The property is literally across the street from the "beach". It's a typical New England beach (rocks), but a lovely morning walk. We got breakfast one morning at KB's Bagels and Java, about a 10 min walk. If you're looking for a "sand beach" Jenness State Beach is just 4 miles down the road.

We arrived later at night than originally planned. The email we received gave all the information we needed about getting into the room as they use a keypad for the locks and they gave us a call in the morning when we were on the road to make sure we knew how to access the room and gave us information about the hotel itself and events that would be going on there over the weekend. It was very helpful.

We stayed on the third floor and the room itself was spotless. One of the cleanest hotel rooms I've ever stepped into before. The bed was extremely comfortable, but I will say that if you're travelling with more than 2 people, the pull out secondary bed will be a little cramped. We brought our two younger kids so it fit them perfectly. Bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean.

The bathroom was clean though smaller, which is usually the case in these styles of buildings. Water pressure and hot water was fantastic though.

They seem to have a lot of events in the back yard but they break up around 10pm. It's really cool that they do all these things and don't last all night long. One night they had a DJ, the next night they had a movie. Very cool to see this sort of activity.

The beach across the street is decent and pet friendly. It has both sandy sections and rocky sections of it. The locals were all really kind and engaging with us while we were over there.

Staff at the hotel were also great. They were super nice and helpful to every question or need we had. Just be aware that there is no staff on site at night once the events are over.

Overall, this is one of the best places I've stayed in New England and will do so again in a heartbeat if/when we make it back up there. The town is smaller so it's the perfect getaway if you are looking to avoid massive crowds.

I think the only suggestion I'd even have to make this place better would be to add some towel hooks on the empty wall of the bathroom and maybe a shower caddy to be able to have more space for soap and things you need in the shower. Very minor thing. This place was fantastic. 🙂

Very disappointed how we were treated. Pulled in there were chairs around an ashtray. We were never informed of no smoking on the property there were no signs stating this either. We were just charged $250 for smoking outside. I called all I got from the lady was there no smoking on the property. The room was a gift from family because we are struggling financially. Now our bank account is negative. We are very very upset. Not a good way to start the new year .

We had an amazing two-day stay at 935 Ocean, and couldn't be more satisfied with our experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with exceptional generosity, hospitality, and kindness.

The room was beautiful and impeccably clean. The staff is incredibly friendly and always ready to help. There are plenty of activities to do around the area, making the stay even more enjoyable. The beach, just a few steps away from the hotel, is simply stunning.

We highly recommend this establishment. If we could give a rating, it would be 12/10! Thank you to the entire team at 935 Ocean for making our stay memorable

Great stay here! Gorgeous views, nice room, easy parking, and Kris the receptionist was very polite and helpful. There is food on site - lobster rolls that looked good (we didn’t actually try though).

The area in general is beautiful, we only stayed for a night passing through but would definitely stay again.

Newly renovated hotel with a great hostess and perfect amenities. We had booked a 2 rooms suite but there was a problem with booking so we only had one room when we arrived. They quickly fixed the issue and made our stay wonderful. The proximity to the beach is extremely pleasant.
