Not only did Erica soothe away the soreness from too much yard work, but she melted away tension in my neck and shoulders that I have been dealing with for years! Her fingers were like knit seeking missiles. Honestly felt like a new person walking out of there. 12/10.

Erica is a legitimate miracle worker. I have suffered with chronic pain for the last 12 years and have tried every treatment there is. My former massage therapist retired due to Covid and I've been on the hunt for a new therapist. After many disappointing visits, I finally landed on Erica's table. She is kind, funny, and understanding, and immediately put me at ease. I had let her know I needed deep pressure and MAN did she deliver!!! It hurt in the good way and I knew this was different from any other massage I'd gotten. She mentions on her site that because her practice is within a CrossFit Gym you can hear their music at certain times of day. I didn't care one way or the other because I'm not going to relax. The music was AWESOME! It made me feel powerful and like she was preparing me for battle. What a cool and different experience. I almost cried when I left her. I'm writing this review on a Friday after having my massage on Monday, and I am still pain-free in the two areas we focused most on. I can walk without pain for the first time in years. I am beyond grateful to Erica; not only is she fantastic at her job, but she has given me hope for the future. I already booked my next appointment! Thank you, Erica. A million stars isn't enough.

Erica was able to provide immediate relief to my lingering neck and shoulder pain, and somehow managed to squeeze me in last minute when I was in pain. Her space was peaceful and clean, and the massage was exactly what I needed! Will definitely be back!

Without a doubt the best massages I’ve ever had! I prefer therapeutic massage and Erica does the perfect amount of pressure, I feel relaxed but I can feel work being done.

Erica is great. Professional, knows what she is doing and listens and understands. Its difficult to explain some types of pains to someone else but because she knows what she is doing and listens, she is able to target the spots that is needed. I highly recommend her and its very easy to book an appt online.
I had back surgery when I was 19 and I do a combo of treatments to keep the pain level down. One being message therapy. So I have been to many different therapists over the years and have a have pretty good idea if someone knows what they are doing. When I moved up here, almost two years ago, i did the google search method and got very lucky with my first pick. I have seen her multiple times and look forward to work on scheduled sessions to make it more of a routine. which is better, in my case, to work on the specific areas that needs attention on a regular basis.
She explains the different types of messages she offers, on her website, pretty well but even if you are still confused on which on you may need once you get there she will be honest with you, after she listens to your needs and let you know which one maybe a better option to go with for your particular case.

This is the place to go! Erica is always upbeat and happy and gives you a great vibe as soon as you walk in. The room is very relaxing and allows you to disconnect from the outside stress. Came here for sciatica relief. Erica was super flexible and I was able to get scheduled quickly via her app. My pain was severe and I basically hobbled from my car. Got an hour concentrated massage and was able to walk with 90% less pain. Will be visiting as soon as I can
