My husband and I came to this hotel(we didn’t have a say in which hotel but thankful they chose this one) for training. Everything about this hotel is amazing! Charles, the night time guy is exceptional. We’ve gone down every night to grab snacks or drinks he’s been very attentive and helpful every time. The room was super clean and the beds are super comfortable. The shower has wonderful water pressure. The breakfast is so delicious. I didn’t grab her name but was working on Wednesday January 15th 2025. She was super nice and kept everything super clean. We will definitely be back for my birthday in March.

My wife and I came here to train (thankfully they put us at this hotel). Everything about this hotel is amazing. From the water pressure, to the super comfortable beds, to the breakfast, to the wonderful night time gentlemen. What made this a memorable experience what Charles. I spent almost 3 hours talking to Charles and my wife, an hour and a half. Charles is super friendly, attentive and helpful. He’s great to talk too; while you’re staying here, start up a conversation with him and him.

Excellent Hotel highly recommended. The staff is so nice, and the hotel has everything you need. It’s hard to find such a well rounded hotel from top to bottom these days, and very affordable. I come up to Dover often for appointments at Wentworth Douglas Hospital, and this is by far the best hotel in the surrounding area. Great job and keep it up!!

Positive: Location to UNH college was nice, plus vicinity to food establishments being walking distance was nice. Negative: Woke up at 5 am and got to the hotel gym facility only to find it was not open until 7 am, yet the hotel breakfast hours during the week started at 6:30 am. Gym had no towels, water cups and missing 20 lb weights. desk staff is scarce.

The room was clean and looked good. A couple of problems lowered my overall rating. First, the door lock was infuriating. I kept putting in the passcard and kept getting a red signal. When it finally gave me a green, the door knob wouldn't turn. I went thru the cycle of 4 or 5 red lights and then one green and the handle wouldn't budge. I was ready to kick the door in when I finally tried lifting the handle which opened the door. Ok, now I have it figured out! Nope! Each time I came back to my room it was the same tango. The lock definitely needs replacing. Room 431 if management is looking at reviews. Also, while I was taking a shower around 9 am, the water pressure dropped off to a slow trickle. I managed to finish rinsing off, but the pressure didn't return to normal by the time I finished and shut it off. The coffee was good and hot and I grabbed a bit of scrambled eggs for breakfast. That was satisfactory.

This hotel was conveniently located for us, the beds were comfortable, everything was clean and the rooms were well accommodated, including a kitchenette with a small cook stove and utensils, a small pot to do some cooking while you were there, and even a little bottle of dishwashing liquid! Breakfast in the morning was very nice with eggs and waffles and all the trimmings. The only negative part was that we paid a fairly high price for two nights there (>$500 - I really can't figure that one out because I see prices now for the same hotel being much lower than that, but we were there for a family funeral so timing was something we could not control.) and there seemed to be a lot of siren noise going on right outside our window.

The owners and the manager does not know what they are doing. They tell you one thing then 10 mins later they go against they word. They are dishonest. They either put them in there or they allow people to put cameras in the rooms so they can be a bunch of creepy people. Just think bout it before you book with theses people. They will rip you off because we are Americans. Stay somewhere else, less trouble and you will save your money and not let the hotel charge you whenever they want to. I was charged 3 times in one week for the same thing. Everybody there is clueless as how to run a motel. I should send the federal government in there. Bunch of crooks.

I would overall rate this an 8.5. Everything was good!! Excellent staff, including the kitchen lady who was on top of things. Our room was clean but It could of had a better cleaning in the bathrooms. The pool was a nice touch which was heated. I did noticed they did need to update the tiles on the wall. They were on it when towels ran low. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
